Although the other Tilda Rice Packs are all good to eat warm..the 'Sticky Rice' is easy to work with whilst it is warm to make sushi; however, when the sushi is refrigerated and eaten cold, the rice turns hard and chewy. The freshly cooked sushi rice stays soft even when it is cold. So I wouldn't buy this to make cold sushi. Maybe good for warm poke bowls?
