Tontine make the worst pillows that will ever be sold . I don't know how they are even in business if you won't a bad neck or a bad back then buy one . They don't even deserve one star .

Desperately needed a new pillow. I bought a twin pack of Tontine medium. BIG MISTAKE. Total waste of money. Pillows were soft and squishy and shorter than normal. My pillow cases were too big for these shrunken poor excuses of a pillow.

Have purchased Tontines firm Fibre Core pillows for a long time and always found them comfortable even if though they did flatten out within a few months. The last pair I just bought were not firm at all, which meant you could easily feel the core in the middle - thus making them feel very strange and not comfortable at all. The quality has definitely dropped. Won't be buying Tontine again. Purchased from Harris Scarfe.

I was sceptical about buying new pillows. We wanted medium to firm for side and back sleepers. They arrived on time but they are rubbish! Too soft for use at any time. Why have Tontine bothered to sell these? They are deceiving their customers at $32.95 including delivery.

Shopped with tontine to try ro support Australian. Aust Post caused delivery issues. I am not responsible for who they contract to do their deliveries and in all honesty if I wanted to run around town I would have just gone to a shop and purchased. to support you by either making a minimum order or by helping with delivery costs. That does not mean we want to fix issues because the people you contract with let the system down. I can shop out of China and have them respect that process. Do not complain when I do that.

Purchased their 'cool dry' mattress protector which they claim has a cotton cover. Wrong! It's plastic and it makes a noise like pplastic. Tried contacting their 'customer service' multiple times but have received ZERO response. How does this mob stay in business? In short, do NOT do business with Tontine!

DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE. RECEIVE WRONG PRODUCT. THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have sent emails and have received no reply. I have left messages on their voice mail as no one ever answers the phone. I purchased a topper and was sent a quilt in the packaging of the product I ordered. $150 wasted.

Tontine's 100% Australian wool pillows have nothing to do with wool!! They compressed really quickly so I kept them as spares and one of the reasons I buy wool for bedding is so it can be composted when it is no longer usable. wool. I read the tag sewn into the seam and it has a paper thin layer of wool between the cover and the fill is 100% polyester. So disappointed they had to get thrown into land fill. Deceptive marketing to have 100% wool written all over the bag it is sold in and on the advertising. Completely disgusted and have since found the best pillows from Halcyon. Australian wool and Australian made.

Disappointed – I wasn't going to give a review, but I am so disappointed that I must. I received my 'High & Firm' pillow 2 days ago. I am on a pension so I opted for the $20 instead of the $40 pillow. A Tontine pillow I purchased from Kmart 2 years ago ($15) is higher & firmer than my recent buy. Do not buy Tontine Pillows – We have been long time users of target firm (side) sleeper pillows. We owned said target pillows for far longer than the used by date, hence they needed replacing. family so I decided to buy tontine being a reputable brand, allergy sensitive as my family all have allergies, from spotlight being the nearest tontine retailer to me.

Well all 4 of us regret my purchase. The firm allergy sensitive tontine pillows cause our heads to sweat. All of us wake up during the night hot & sweaty with wet hair. Its the middle of winter in Australia and we do not sleep with our heating on. No one in my family have experienced this previously with our target pillows so I have to question what materials/fibres are tontine filling their pillows with?

Whatever fibre it is, we are definitely not experiencing a good sleep as advertised, so I have thrown all 8 tontine pillows out (purchased as 4x 2 packs from spotlight). As a family of 2 adults & 2 kids aged 18 & 20 we don’t enjoy a good sleep waking up during the night with a hot head, face & wet hair & wet, damp pillow during winter. I question how anyone can wake up during the night with no heating on with a hot head, sweaty wet hair & a damp pillow. It’s uncomfortable & disgusting.

I definitely don’t recommend buying the Tontine Allergy Sensitive pillows regardless of where you buy them from!!! Absolute waste of money

Extensive delays, poor communication and selling products with no stock – First off, I know that EOY is a very busy time for retailers so I have tried to be as understanding as possible but with the other issues I just can't recommend purchasing from Tontine. disappointing that no option to swap out the item was presented so that I could still take advantage of the sale, especially since sales elsewhere have now ended so finding a comparable product for a comparable price isn't possible, which I told the customer support officer but fine, it happens. The customer support officer could give me no estimate on dispatch time.

Then today (16/1) another refund notification for another of the items that is out of stock. At this point I explicitly ask to swap something else in and am told no. Since the two items I wanted the most were no longer coming, I ask for a refund of the whole order. I'm told that that isn't possible since the order has now dispatched. I have received no tracking code and no automated confirmation of dispatch from Tontine over an hour later so I strongly suspect that I'm being lied to so that they can avoid giving me a refund.

Tontine soft and cosy electric blanket – Controllers last no more than 5 months. Had them replaced 3 times now, under warranty, and have again broken. Now tontine just want to offer a $120 credit, which have not been received for two months after repeated follow up. Why would I use their credit to buy another blanket that breaks down well within their 2 year warranty 3 times? Avoid this blanket. Gave one start because I had too.

Post wash issues – Brought the tontine sheet set and as nice as they feel issue is every time they get washed it's like they don't get clean. Washed as instructed but after each wash they 'look' dirty, like little sandy coloured fluff all over it.

Inferior pillows – Washed the pillow as per instructions. Gentle cycle. The pillow is now out of shape. I called the company TOTINE the fellow was beating around the bush for a replacement? I said to come to the point. He said he won’t replace it. Do not buy this inferior product

Great products but very unimpressive transaction – A week after ordering and paying for my products (doona covers and bath towels), I hadn't received any update from Tontine. There was no reason for any delay - this sounded like nothing more than a lame excuse for not having processed my order in a timely manner. Very unimpressed with the poor customer relations, however the products were as described.

Wouldn’t buy this brand again – So I do the right thing and buy from an Australian owned company. Easy care king quilt isn’t king size! – Had read many reviews prior to purchasing saying that the king quilt isn’t king sized, but bought it anyway. I had to take it back to spotlight because it was about 20cm shorter than my king sized quilt cover on the sides!!

Quality products at competitive prices – I bought a Tontine sheet set from Big W and a topper from Target, then several pillows and underlays on Tontine website. I'm just happy with everything I have bought so far. Item features are exactly as what they describe on their website. It would be perfect if they provide dimensions and weight for their products as some pillows I bought are smaller than average pillows.

Tontine Luxe 80/20 Feather & Down King Bed Quilt – I consider this quilt to be of great luxury. Had a great sleep. The quilt is soft and lightweight but it is also very comfortable in the cold conditions. I regard the quilt to be of very high quality and will last for years no doubt. It can only be dry cleaned but I don’t mind only going to be used in Winter anyway. It is quiet expensive but well worth the cost.

Tontine Comfortech Memory Foam; HATED it at first but ten days later it's great – My first two nights on the Tontine mattress were awful! It felt fine when I first lay down but I woke up so sore. As for taking 30 days to 'get used to' a bed, that's rubbish, you don't have to get used to a hotel bed, you wake up feeling fine after one night.! and loosen to be comfortable. It said you could speed this process up by walking on the mattress in bare feet. I spent an hour walking on it over two days and could feel the difference between the areas I walked on and those that I hadn't walked on. There was more 'give' in the areas I walked on. After that it was much more comfortable.

Ten days later I love it and have much less back and hip pain than with my old (Sealy Posteurpedic) mattress. I am a side sleeper.

I got it for around 40% off RRP so it was amazingly good value and I love that it was totally risk free due to the returns policy.

Am writing this review because I was looking for some information like this to help me decide whether to persevere after my first two (horrible) nights with it. Hope it helps.

& Sustainable Organic Cotton" and for that price ($190 if it in fact had 40% off) you would expect it to be all cotton. When I received the product it was only a cotton cover with recycled plastic polyester filling, I contacted Tontine for a refund or exchange for their all cotton quilt, they said no because I choose the wrong product. Misleading product presentation and not customer service friendly. Will not buy from them again

Mattress - king – I was a little worried ordering a mattress online but reading their return policy I was confident I could return it if unhappy (they pick up no questions asked and it gets donated to a charity). We love it. Best night sleep we have ever had. No regrets. Wonderful, comfortable mattress.

Not very happy – On Monday 30th April 2018 I placed a online order directly with Tontine for a pillow. They had a sale on at this time. I quickly received a order confirmation and had hoped I’d receive my new pillow by the end of that week. I’ve previously ordered from Tontine directly via their online shop with no issues. 2018 asking if my order had been shipped yet. I received a reply saying that there were delays in shipping. No explanation as to why was given and there was no mention of delays online.

I emailed them again on May 8th 2018 trying again to find out where my order was. No reply. I’ve emailed them again today, May 9th 2018 with no reply as yet.

Tomorrow May 10th 2018 it will be seven days since I was told there was a delay. On Monday May 14th it will be two weeks since I ordered my pillow.

Where is my order please?
