Just as in Cash rewards, you have to wait a while till the cash is available after a pirchase. It can vary I think, but usually at least a month. I haven't made any grand profits, I have found that with some of the companies that offer a cash reward, you have to be very careful to read the details. Amazon is notorious for this (in my eyes anyway). You'll see an email that says up to 10% available on Amazon but when you look, sure, a limited category might be getting 10% but most other things are about 0.3 %.
That of course is not the fault of Topcashback but it does mean you might find another store where you'll actually get a bit more eg 2% back for your purchase, so it pays to shop around.
So far, over the last year or so, I have been paid out about $59, so you won't make a fortune but every little bit helps. The payout process was very easy.

company requests an ID or a phone number to verify new account opening, these issues will not happen. Your company fails the obligations at the very beginning but does not want to take the consequences. The other major 'cashback' company has their own procedures to identify new account when opening to avoid damage their customers in the future. No good. Absolutely terrible. Missing cashback not tracked. I've sent through a request on 3 missing cashbacks and it doesn't track your lodged enquiry either. It says it can take 2-3 months for an outcome. This is not reliable and easy to lose track of missing earnings. For Agoda it also kept denying and approving and denying which eventually went through properly. Stick to Shopback which i cant fault.

Top Cashback is great in concept but execution of it is something entirely different. Please Top Cash inform customers in your FAQ - rather then me doing a deep dive into your site to find the answers - that you have to wait for Merchants to actually pay Top Cashback as they are just affiliates for the websites. and I am yet to receive my first payback. I still dont know if I have to reach a minimum spend before I can access my account funds. I will say that Top Cashback doe snot take too long to allocate the affiliate websites earnigns to your account but you do have to go through the 1. Pending .2 Confirmed. 3. Payable tiers before it appears in your account. Also note that eg 2.8% Ebay cashback payments and Amazon payments all have convoluted arrangements so that it 99% is never the 2.8 or 3% advertised. You will not be able to work it out unless you want to spend 1/2 hour on each transaction to earn your eg $0.79. Once I reach the payable payout scale I doubt I will continue using this platform and try another like Cashrewards. I will be open to change my review if things change in the near future.

Hovewer, my earning account does not indicate anything since September 2025 nor mentioned three companies either. Overall - Very Negative Experience from deceiving company.

family all have the same domain) and need to verify and for the past month have locked down all accounts which now have hundreds of dollars waiting to claim (from thousands of dollars of spend). I have already advised the accounts were for family members (and the couple of accidently duplicated ones which they can close) and our family can 100% verify each and every one with ID and receipts.....but since they provided this email they have not responded to any of my attempts to provide verification so the money can be unlocked. I have now emailed the "contact" address four times and not one response (and no response to my family). I'm ready to lodge a Consumers Affairs complaint against them as they have not met their promise on the advertised cashbacks (which is why I shopped through them) and will not respond so I can do so. Stay away and I'll be sticking with Shopback (for which I have more than $3000 in cashbacks without any issue actually getting the money!!) They have no phone number to call and just the one same email they keep posting.... which no-one responds. Super disappointing.

Follow-up · I cash out very often - couple of times a month. My usual retailers I shop at are amazon (especially during prime week when there are bonus cashback), chemist warehouse, pizza hut (love the 100% cashback). Best savings would be the pizza hut deals but also the boosted 20% amazon across all categories.

Pros: - The click throughs have all worked really well so for me far, except for a couple -- an ebay rebate promo which Topcashback fixed for me when I appealed, and one other missed click. Other than that everything has tracked correctly which is pretty amazing since they don't have a browser extension and the other two companies I've used in the past both did, and both have way more missed clicks.
- Their rates are good and I find them using more and more when I compare current rates for sites.
- Their customer service was very good when I used them.
-The website is easily to use, uncluttered, just shows you the facts and is simple.
Cons: - Unfortunately they don't have a browser extension at this time. I kind of wish they did so I could remember to use them more.
That's really it. Will update if they get worse but so far I'm really happy with them.

easy to install and navigate but like all apps you must follow the instructions and stick to the purchase process. My first purchase did hit a minor snag because of a browser issue at my end and after a couple of chats with the staff at TCB it was quickly sorted….and this was on a Sunday…..yes they have real people to assist you on a Sunday! Following that minor hiccup I went ahead and made my purchase and within a few minutes the refund amount was showing as pending on my TCB account, I am hoping that when it comes time to withdraw my refund it goes as smoothly as my first purchase. I have also noticed that TCB have a very generous referral program when you introduce a friend....I have a skeptical friend in mind. It’s a great cashback program and I highly recommend TopCashback.

The reason I'm writing this review is to call out the great work of 'TA'. He's been a stalwart of the Ozbargain community for many years, and since he has joined TCB, he has been an omnipresent pillar of support. I've always been very impressed by not only how frequently he posts good deals, but also the individual support that he gives users on those posts.
However, this week has been the first time I've had to contact TA directly following a declined transaction. The merchant in question was refusing to honour >$250 worth of cashback, citing that they had terminated their contract with these affiliates weeks previously. Unfortunately for me, I had no way to dispute this and was resigned to the fact that I would just get screwed. TA worked tirelessly (even responding at 6.30am on a Saturday!!) to try and resolve the situation for me.
Unfortunately despite his best efforts, this did not work, as the affiliate seems to have re-negged on their side of the contract. TA then went and surprised me by going above and beyond by offering to compensate me with a significant proportion of my missing cashback as a goodwill gesture.
Whilst this would have some impact for TCB's bottom line, it's these kind of experiences that build loyalty to a brand. As it stands, TCB often has the best rates out of the big 3 cashback sites (even if they don't always have as extensive a list of merchants!), so I'm now going to use them as my preferred site of choice; safe in the knowledge that TA will have my back if **** hits the fan.
Keep up the good work TA & TCB!
N.B. I should note that I was asked to write a review in exchange for this goodwill gesture (which I've declared as a 'reward' in this post). However, I've not needed to exaggerate anything to earn it; this request has just given me the motivation to write about my positive experience with TCB so far.
