I had the similar issue where they didn't track the cashback in the first place...I raised a missing cashback....after that they sort it out and got my money. Try that. And also you may need to be patient with them as they are very slow. After that I avoid them as they did it again for another transaction.

Mine actually tracked and show up as earned. However the issue came when request was made to cash out and they have taken almost a month and not have not actually made payment even after requesting a ticket

Thanks for the tip - I think I will avoid in future, I made some big purchases which I would not have done had they don't advertised the cash back
