Not what was promised – We run a small office doing 5000 to 10000 copies per month. This photocopier cannot keep up. We are constantly having jamming issues. We have had the machine less then 10 months and have had to have someone look at it as least four time and still having problems.

Great Machine – I can only go on my experience.This machine is great.Its an affordable all in one.The toners are exceptional value for money,and far exceed any of the other Multi function devices in its range in regard to overall running cost.If your experiencing constant jams, id recommend changing your technician.steer clear of anyone that says i can fix "X" brand so i can fix This, honestly this just isn't the case, look for someone who knows the brand inside and out and can pin point your problem over the phone, Any tech that's half way decent should be able to narrow it down for you. changing part after part is a clear indication they don't have a clue, and you should ask them to leave.

these are a reliable economical machines.You can down load the drivers from the manufacturers web site,

if its networked you can access the admin program "top access" by typing the machines IP address into your browser and all the information and settings you need are right there.

including the DPI setting for scanning. i just wish it had a Colour CCD for scanning but i get by without it Ease of use, inexpensive to run,reliable as expected. Colour scanning would have been nice.

Lousy – Should not be used in a work environment. The scanning quality is poor. The copier jams multiple times during use. The technicians have replaced multiple parts in the unit, and it still continues to jam. The interface is not intuitive. I can't think of one good thing to say about this copier. Don't waste your money.
