Great product and service – Online ordering was an easy process with a good range of handles. The handles were delivered to our home within a couple of days. I received the handles the very next morning (Friday). I placed the final order to suit my needs and discovered after placing the order that my family had moved the little discount card the team had sent with my original order.

Again I phoned and asked if this could be applied even though I'd missed it on my order and within 2 mins of hanging up (and this is not an exaggeration) I received a notification regarding the refund.
