Tozer installed my 1st ducted air con in 2005. Although still working perfectly after 20 years (she was getting tired & knowing my luck, would kark it in the middle of summer), I decided to upgrade & called Tozer. OMG. From "1st contact" to install & everything in between, the people at Tozer were perfection. Cannot rate them highly enough. You guys rock! 100% recommend!

We loved our Service from Tozer – The Air Conditioner was installed by the best three tradesmen I have had dealings with. We have not used the Unit as yet as we only need it for Summer when we expect it to be very hot

Poor customer experience – I called to organise a quote and it was booked in for a Monday morning. The technician did not show up, and when I called the staff blamed a computer error that it was never booked in. They rescheduled for a Friday morning, and did not show up again! and the technician said he received a call to cancel the quote - this was from a completely different person for a completely different job. So he cancelled our visit. He offered to come out again, but i declined. Very unprofessional, poor customer service. Would not recommend this company at all.

Professional and excellent service – Tozer took the time to evaluate my existing system, installed by someone else by the previous owner. Passed me on to Service (did not replace the ducted system). Two technicians came out who were very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They fixed the roof ducts, and adjusted the air flow and are returning to replace one of the duct pipes… Read more

Check all is completed before tradesman leaves – I had an annual service on my ducted air conditioning unit. Very nice polite guy turned up on time and did all he was supposed to but some time after he had left I went into the bathroom, where the man-hole is, and found he had not replaced the cover. I am disabled so cannot replace it myself. Was told he was not in this area till 1 week later!… Read more

Also he emailed me the incorrect work sheet which is supposed to have set out exactly what he did. (2 years ago the service man filled out a hand written service sheet, handed it to me so I could read it there and then, and it went straight into my filing system! Easy!)

Air Conditioning Install – I just had Tozer install a complete ducted AirCon and they were brilliant. Their team were in my house for 2 days, they were very quiet, efficient and clean. The team leader, Ben, was happy to work with me to solve a few problems that arose during the install. They also had to remove the original Carrier system because Fernair in Newcastle had done such a shoddy job 10 years ago.

Extremely disappointed ...... Inexperienced and poor customer service – Had this company to quote for installation of air con and also some electrical work, the person quoting looked at all elements of the work to be done, this man was the director of the company so he came across to be knowledgable regarding these type of jobs. day of the install the workers show up on time and very pleasant, started the A /C install, I asked the installer about the other elect work he said he knows nothing about it and wont be doing that part,that's ok they must be sending someone else out for that part as I had already paid for it, the installer call the office but said nothing to myself or my husband, after an hour and a half , I decided to call the office myself, spoke to the person whom gave the quote, he then tells me that if I still want the electrical work done I will have to pay extra, I asked him why he quote one price after he look at the work in person, he states he isn't a electrician , so i wonder why would you quote a job you dont know anything about...... Where have honesty and good business practices gone... If it had been a elderly person maybe they would have just paid the extra, how many people does this kind thing happen? Installers were good Bad business practice, inexperienced in the field of electricals ...... If there is a problem be up front and call the customer........
