No issues whatsoever – I empathise with some other reviews here, however my experience with Trade Car Transport was excellent. than a week later my vehicle arrived at their Townsville depot, and shortly after they SMS'ed me saying it was ready to be picked up. Pick up was no drama - they verified ownership, supplied the keys, checked the car to ensure no damage, and I drove off a happy customer.
Terrible – Very rude. They are only an agent which delegates work to other companies. My car was damaged what I mentioned when booking (before asked do they accept damaged vehicles and answer was that as soon is driveable it is ok) and they just proceeded with the payment. rejected. They than declared the job as cancelled ad charged me their cancellation fee of $150 (giger than company which doing the job) as well as cancellation fee of the other company of $132. When I tried to argue that it was not my fault for the cancellation they did not want to discuss further.
Goods stolen and no responsibility taken - DO NOT USE!! – I arranged to have my car transported from Melbourne to Alice Springs through Trade Car Transport. Despite paying extra to have my goods transported in the car, the company took no responsibility for the fact that $2300 worth of my property was STOLEN during the transportation. Management have provided NO helpful assistance since this time, and it has even been implied that I might be falsifying that goods were there to begin with. I have been told bluntly that no compensation or apology will be provided.
The car took far longer to arrive than quoted and tape used on the car has also caused paint damage. However, these things pale in comparison to the lack of responsibility and care taken for goods theft in the process. It astounds me that a company can offer a specific goods transportation service (at an additional fee) and yet have no accountability for those goods when they are in their possession.
Beware - avoid using this company at all costs!!!
Worst transport service ever – Worst transport service experience. They damaged my vehicle during transport and neglect the incident. Also they overcharged me for express service and took 04 weeks for delivery. Don't trust these people as they can fool you to get into the business..

Super fast Transport from Brisbane to Melbourne – My car was trasported from Brisbane to Melbourne in 2 working days. Very professional staff at drop off and pick up depot. I award 10 out of 10. Highly Recommended.
How low can you go? I was passed around from one excuse to another for a month.
After insisting on a resolution by a certain date, I was emailed with an unsubtle email stating that they did believe that the damage was caused in transit (i.e. I'm a liar) and my claim was rejected.
I called the state Small Claims office and I was told that it would need to be dealt with through a court, using a solicitor (Price that up, I just did!).
I knew I was in trouble when I was told that their claims were dealt with by an organisation with the email address: gapclaims@gmail.com.au.
A personal email address!
Do not go anywhere near this company.
