Prompt service / Good quality – We recently ordered 10 Mini Mondo grass trays (2,200 plants) and they arrived very promptly (4 days from ordering) in Brisbane. Great place for me to source my plants from – I've had great customer service and received a great product. It is a convenient and budget friendly way to purchase bulk stock. I found the website very easy to use and navigate.

Now Mow Grass Trays – Received our no mow grass the next day after ordering from their website. Easy as to navigate around their pages. A reason why online shopping is the way of the future.

Our babies planted – Could not have been more helpful. The lady I spoke to spent 15 minutes explaining the ins and out of planting dwarf mondo in between pavers. We order 2,000 plants and they arrived the next day via express postage and we had our beautiful plants in the ground in no time flat. Thank you Tranquil Havens. :-)

Poor customer service – I found this company on gumtree, ebay and the net selling their Mondo grass. I rang and asked questions to try and work out how many plants I needed to buy to fit my area. It was a difficult conversation, I think we all were frustrated with the communication. I never got my answer, even after emailing my questions/photos as I was asked to do. There were rude text messages sent by the company to my phone. Disappointing experience.
