TrendylilTreats is the best shop to purchase any drink bottles, lunch boxes, lunch bags etc. I have been ordering for many years. Their range is incredible. Staff always so obliging and helpful. Would highly recommend this store.

No responsibility taken for missing items – I have used Trendy Lil Treats for my lunch box needs for over 8 years. I have always been happy with the products they have sold including delivery time and quality. Unfortunately, my last experience with them was not so positive. Can i kindly ask if you could check in your GG set and in the satchell again. Thank you. Kind Regards Trendy Lil Treats Team' To which I replied immediately with 'Hi I have checked all packaging and in the lunchboxes and it was not there. '

After 7 days of no reply I emailed them again with this email: 'Hi I was just wondering what was happening with the missing utensil set? ' Another 8 days past and still no reply so I sent the following email: 'Hi I am follow up again regarding the missing utensil set. I have bought from your company over the past 8 years without a problem and supported your business. I am finding it incredibly disappointing that my emails are ignored and that this issue with my last order has not been dealt with. My email reporting the missing item was originally received by you on the 18th of January, I would appreciate a response in how this matter is going to be handled. '

It has been another 8 days and I still have no reply. Leaving me without my purchase and no communication. I am beyond disappointed that this is the way Trendy Lil treats handles a basic problem; I am even more disappointed in the way that they are treating me as a customer and are flat out refusing to communicate with me to try and find a solution. I have since bought my daughter a cutlery set from another business. I will no longer be using this company.

Very poor customer service – Placed a large order recently, then it was just canceled with no explanation! Tried reordering and the sale wouldnt go through. Trendy Little shop – Love the wide range of drink bottles and lunch boxes at Trendy Lil Treats. Especially love that I can get replacement lids when they break so I do not have to throw away the whole bottle.

What a fantastic shopping experience – The range of items offered is extraordinary; loads of quality lunch box ideas, huge range of drink bottles, and so many choices of all things children food related. Great customer service! – The staff at this store go above and beyond to assist their customers. I had one staff member run over to open the front door for me as she could see my arms where full with a newborn baby. Highly recommend all their products as well! absolutely poor customer service from this store. Go elsewhere and I can say that munchboxes are ten times better than this product! Only tried the Bentgo cause they were lightweight but years on, the munchbox is still in tact!

Great products and customer service – We love Trendy Lil Treats! We pop in every time we visit from Sydney. The kids love the fun products and i love the lunch boxes, especially the Go Greens. We've used them every day for years now and they are still as good as new. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful and i love that they have a play area to help entertain the kids whilst i shop. responsible (its not their fault) because everyone knows what the freight companies can be like (rough!). I’ve received personal calls from the owner with Genuine sympathetic apologies when I had the issues and the service was second to none. I have come to know the very small team at trendy well and I will continue to buy their awesome products.

Arrived Damaged, not responding to emails at all – I ordered 2 of the Montii smoothie cups. It was not packaged properly so both arrived damaged. They were suppose to be gifts but the boxes were so badly damaged, I've decided not to. also ordered straws and they came filthy. Everything was damaged and dirty. I emailed the company with photos but they didnt respond. I then messaged them on facebook and the replied that they will get back to me via email. Again still nothing. I recommend choosing a different company to order these off. I have ordered directly from Montii before and they came in perfect undamaged condition.

Dishonest retailer - refused to replace item which manufacturer offered to replace – Just a heads up for those who are thinking of purchasing a Bentgo lunchbox from this retailer. I purchased my unit in March 2017 and noticed the silicone seals and external grip had begun to perish early in 2019. This product has a 2 year warranty. was refused a refund/replacement as I had contacted them out of the warranty period. I then contacted Bentgo directly (in the US) who offered to replace the item, however could only send it to US or Canadian addresses. I then contacted ‘TrendyLilTreats’ asking why they would not replace the item when the manufacturer had offered to and was told “We are the Australian distributor for Bentgo and the decision comes down to us.”

They refused to honour a replacement which the manufacturer offered - not impressed.

I then tried to leave an honest review of the product detailing the perishing silicon on their website, but it did not get published. Go figure.

never been read and my order was sent out without cross checked with my email. They were excused with too many orders and no time to check emails! This is something that you need to take into account when purchasing quality product from this website but their business practice is not up to it. I am regressing to spend too much $ on their product but the administration is very poor!
