Trophy skin horrible to deal with – I had the exact same experience as the review named so disappointed. I use my machine once a week and after 3 years it no longer works. Contacted TVSN they mentioned it was out of warranty. Contacted trophy skin and they offered me a new unit for 25% off. Surely these units can be repaired. Trophy skin are absolutely appalling to deal with. Not helpful. Machine designed to work for the warranty period. Hoping customers would repurchase

Easy to use and much cheaper than the salon! – I really love getting microdermabrasion done but couldn't afford to keep going to the salon as we are saving for a new car. little light but I guess that would be different if you have sensitive skin and it's great to have the option to adjust.

I am getting the same quality results at home and would highly recommend.

Don't waste your money – Purchase through TVSN came with a one-year warranty. I have used it once 2 times a week. I've had the unit for 2 years and it's now not working. Got in contact with trophy skin directly and their response was sorry it's out of warranty will give you 25% off a new 1. Shocking customer service. Obviously do not care about the customer or they care about is a quick sale

Love this product and their customer service is AMAZING – Love love love this product does everything it says it does after 3 years my machine suction stopped working and they sent a new one right away they have the best customer service and my sister and I love this product so much highly recommend

Great Product – I have very sun damaged and wrinkled skin. I bought the Microderm MD and couldn't be happier. I have been using it for a few months and the results are wonderful. Only trouble I have is doing my nose as I need the smaller attachment but can't afford it as I am on a pension.

Great product to use at home – It's so handy to have at home and now I don't even have to go to salons. I can use it whenever I want, it's pretty gentle when I expected that it might not be so good to exfoliate often..

Broke after only using 20 times – My machine was good while it lasted. I only used it approx 20 times ( once a month) and it was under 2 years old and now won’t work. calls. I don’t know if it can be fixed or the machine just has a short life. I will not recommend this machine given I had very little use of it and there isn’t any aftercare available. I have been treated terribly by the Distributor - Skin Trophy.

First time results – I received my trophy skin yesterday and got started straight away. The best thing I've ever bought – I used to go to the salons but now I don't even bother anymore after seeing this on TV. Bought this handy device, it wasn't the cheapest but if you compared to few trips to a skin therapist, it's so much cheaper.
