Placed an order first week of April 2026. Received an email from them just after saying my luggage item was out of stock and suggesting I select another colour. I opted to wait for stock. Weeks went by with no further reply or updates. I have sent multiple emails requesting updates with no response. I definitely want a refund. Service is disgusting. Unsure how to go about this when nobody answers. Advice? STAY AWAY!

Firstly, they could not find my package and customer service stopped responding to me when I asked for proof that it was delivered. 3 Weeks later it randomly turns up at my door I feel this it to stop people using the 30 day free return policy. Ive taken this to Taiwan and the only thing thats I am impressed with is the top opening design 10/10. The luggage itself is cheaply made, the built in scales are not correct (all 3 in my set were off by 3-7kgs) The wheels would have to be the worst, I felt like i was dragging a boulder. There is no gliding
