Product differs from description and photos on website – I ordered multiple Wall Round Base Flanges for a project, expecting parts with countersunk holes as clearly advertised on the website. compensate for the additional cost of purchasing new fixings, leaving me with mismatched parts. This has been a very disappointing experience with their bad customer service.
Fitness Frames – The fitness frames packages sold by TubeClamp is not strong enough for what they advertise and they have a wanting return policy, i.e. 20% restocking fee with no refund for tubing. Shop with them at your peril. Just ask Jim :)
Helpful, understanding good products – Found the product on internet to connect tubes together. Call and end up visiting the place at western sydney. Salesperson understand and help me the process from design to delivery Very happy
