USELESS WARRANTY AND OVERPRICED PRODUCT – UNABLE TO GIVE ZERO Absolute garbage Warranty is next to useless Lids constantly cracking Have to post lids away at your cost to get a $15 voucher for a replacement that costs $7 plus $15 postage TUPPERWARE WARRANTY IS A JOKE AND A BLATENT RIP OFF IF THE LIDS ARE IN STOCK WHY CANT THEY BE POSTED AT NO COST TO THE CUSTOMER???
Lids crack and you now have to pay for a replacement – I've been using Tupperware for 40 years and you used to have free replacement items. I still have some if the original Tupperware. But the modular mates lids crack and I have to pay for replacements. I'm so disappointed as they are great for storing flower extra. I won't be buying anymore Tupperware

Replacements are all done online now – I love all my Tupperware , recently had 2 get to lids replaced and it was so easy to do it online . Only took 2 weeks to arrive .
Efficient storage, great sizes – I love my modular mates, my pantry has set a lot of friends on the Tupperware path! For those people who are having trouble with replacements- change your distributor! My friends and I have never waited more than 2 weeks for replacements and have never paid a cent. As a matter of interest, one item was 47 years old, had been used continuously… Read more
and was replaced without a murmur. My Distributor is very efficient and treats the replacements as seriously as the new orders. Quality and lifetime guarantee.
Great tidy storage helpers! – My cupboards were in a terrible mess, until I threw out all the old, odd containers and put in a set of Tupperware Modular mates. I love that they stack neatly!! Awesome stuff! They have made my pantry and other kitchen cupboards easy to use and maintain. I like Tupperware. Unifornm shape, clear sides, various sizes. Bit pricey.
Negative reviews
Modular mates stink – My modular mates smell like gasses from plastic, not food smell but plastic crayon smell. It has been called on some sites as Off gassing. Not only does the modular mate smell but my pasta smells like chemicals from the plastic. I am not one for blaming microwaves or bottled water for killing us but even after washing the smell is still there. Would you eat your pasta if it smelled like plastic chemicals?
Customer Service - Replacement of Lid – Where has the Customer Service gone? and WHY should I have to pay $8 plus gst to replace one lid!!!! They say they only post it now!! Why can't they send it with a local order. Not good service. I am not paying $8 for a lid, when they advertise a life time guarantee.
Now I Understand the Bad Reviews – I had a modular mate lid that was only 2 years old crack to my surprise. My Mum's tupperware didn't start cracking until it was 20 years old. So my first concern is the quality it certainly dropping, which you can even feel between the same new and old containers. I went to the website and when I saw it was $8.80 in postage for a replacement, I… Read more
thought as if and went to the distributorship when I was passing by just like I did for Mum a couple of years ago.
I was told that I had to do it online. When I pointed out it's just 1 lid of a common stock item and I don't need to pay for the postage and handling as I can easily pop in, I was told to find other people who need replacements to save money or just quote "suck it up and pay for the convenience". I said I don't know anyone who needs a replacement, the only people I know who own Tupperware don't need replacements, and I couldn't see why 1 lid that was $12 new would have to cost $8.80 to have a so-called free replacement under their guarantee when it's easy for me to just walk in to swap it out. Their response the $8.80 would be cheaper than the fuel I paid to get there and quote "all of our time you are wasting".
I've had a look online and I can buy a lid for $5 free postage from Malaysia, so screw the $8.80.
But my recommendation is that there's great cheaper products out there, like Decor which is an Australian company or Sistema which has the clip on lids, as the quality is dropping and now you're paying for replacements too, which has made the lifetime guarantee pricey as well!

Perfect, cannot live without them I wish I brought them sooner – I love the modular mate set, quick and easy to be able to organise your pantry so it’s neat and tidy. A organised pantry makes it easy to find ingredients once required.
Not as good as its hyped up to be! – Nice containers stack nicely. But doesnt stop weavils getting like they tell you. Had a moth problem in the cupboard and in the corners inside the lids i found little cocoons inside several of my modular mates
Rude and Un-Concerned – I'm getting some pieces replaced for the 2nd time through their lifetime warranty but the whole process has again been a shambles. I also have big questions about the Tupperware Stack and Store clear plastic range as all of mine have cracked in half - I think it is an inherent floor in the manufacturing of this product. I found Tupperware people… Read more
rude and un-helpful and they have delayed my replacements through incompetence as well. I'll never buy from them again - Its not worth it.
Bad design of the see through range - Not as long lasting as they promised
Lifetime Guarantee very misleading!!!! – I have to mark Tupperware down these days, is is not the product it use to be. I purchased three microwave and one ruined the first time I used it. I was not concerned as I thought they have a Lifetime Guarantee. The head office at Ferntree Gully we're quite rude and claimed they would only replace the bowl not the lid and could not give me the… Read more
colour I had which was pink. They claim the lids and bowls are made in different countries. I'm guessing China hence the quality is becoming poor. I advised that I was not happy with a different coloured bowl to my lid, but they did not care. Customer service also lacking nowadays. I will not be buying this product again. I also have a faulty lid on my cereal container. Quality is seriously suffering therefore we should not be paying the high price. I liked the containers I purchased years ago. Lifetime Guarantee is not true. They won't replace your faulty item exactly in my experience.
Tupperware DESPAIR! – “Be assured you will spend a ‘Lifetime’ waiting for Tupperware to honour their Lifetime Guarantee!“ Even when I attended my neighbour having a Tupperware Party; that Tupperware Representative blatantly ignored and dismissed my request for replacements after taking my details etc! Time and time again this has happened! Perhaps you’ve had… Read more
better luck than me in this area with regards to their ‘Lifetime Guarantee’? Please forward me your comments as I’m still waiting and have more broken Tupperware to replace. I think I deserve a pick up service after all this time!?
3 Stars for some of the products which have lasted me over 20 years, whereas the newer containers have cracked in less than 10 years. Therefore I can safely vouch that the quality of material Tupperware uses has dramatically changed and cheapened whereas my usage remains the same.
Furthermore I am not recommending this product to a friend nor would I suggest they Host a plastic tub party. I thought it was their ‘Lifetime Guarantee’ More Price = LESS Quality and NO Lifetime Guarantee for this buyer to date.
Tupperware products – I was a true Tupperware junkie but, after 40 years of buying I find I have a few broken pieces. Well I have tried to get in touch with a few consultants in my area but they don't respond when they hear you want to replace an item. It seems that the Tupperware dealers only want to sell the product, not back up the warranty. I have called the… Read more
Tupperware company and was told I would have to pay $5.75 for each item returned to them. Tupperware is pricey but I always thought it well worth the price with the warranty but, the warranty is no good when you try to replace an item. I will never buy another piece of Tupperware again. There are many other similar products for half the price. The different products They don't back up the warranty very well

Awful – Got the green stackable bowls for $20 it doesn't even seal so what's the point and it's been over 30 days so there warranty is no good forget about tupperware just go to wal-mart you'd probably have a better chance if it didn't work of exchanging or getting your money back it's not an electronic, geez.
Lifetime warranty, not 30 days. Put your lid in hot water, it will help you. If that doesn't work,… Read more
Great design. Quality poor – I have Tupperware products that are over 40 years old used by my parents and are still working as originally designed. I have a pantry full of newer Modular Mates. The design is great and is an efficient & handy storage system. However product quality, relative to price is very poor due, no doubt, to poor quality control over the raw material… Read more
input and production. I have lids that have cracked, plastic tabs that break off, lids that go hard and no longer fit, plastic that stains. Everything gets replaced (but with non matching lid colors)replacement is not my gripe. Whilst I could accept an isolated incident, problems continue and it cost me $7 in postage each time. I find that I am not prepared to recommend a Tupperware purchase to any friends or acquaintances, but express my quality concerns & experience for a product that does have a high price tag and agree that the $2 supermarket container is at least as good in regard to longevity! Design Production quality poor, non matching lids on replacements

Excellent – We got our first set of Tupperware Modular Mates about 5 years ago and I have just added more. I love that they come in loads of different sizes, suitable for everything from rice and pasta, to flour, baking soda, crackers and even spaghetti. They provide a really good seal (but you need to remember to "burp" the lids) keeping food fresh. The… Read more
clear outside lets you see what's inside, but you can also buy labels.
They are expensive, but often you can buy a set at a reduced price and then just add on the few extra sizes you want/need.
The only other comments I have is that our lids have scratched with wear quite a bit. Still perfectly functional, but not as pretty as new. And if you want to add over time, buy black or white lids as the other colours keep changing. come in various sizes and shapes suitable for everything, stackable, clear so you can see what's inside, great seal keeping food fresh, lifetime warrenty price
Excellent – These are really handy storage containers for just about everything - yes they are super expensive but thats tupperware - and of anything goes wrong they are replaced so I think they are worth it. I have loads of modular mates - purchased over about 8 years. I use them for everything and love the label system. Keeps everything clean and organised… Read more · 1
in your pantry. Expensive and can't just but them when you want more, have to go to a party. Also the lids colours change often so you can't guarantee you will be able to buy more of the same later on.
Excellent – Tupperware is a household name and I have loved their products since my Mum introduced me to them as a little girl. I love that they are always introducing new colours and different types of containers. They are reliable and come with lifetime guarantees so you can have pieces replaced should they be faulty. If you want containers with airtight… Read more
seals to avoid messy spills in your lunch bag, then put your trust in Tupperware. Durable, high quality storage products that come in a variety of colours and sizes to suit your storage needs. Tupperware is a highly regarded brand and you can be assured of its quality. It is expensive to buy Tupperware.
Excellent – I love my tupperware, I still have my husbands mothers TW cereal bowls that he had as a child! they are quite faded but still perfectly good.We reckon they must be 45-50 years old. I love the life-time warranty and the quality of the product is excellant. Love my modular mates! Keeps my pantry nice and neat, with stackable and different sizes… Read more
containers. Choice of lid colour maked it look good. Te life-time warranty is true, have replaced a few lids over the years and not paid a cent for the. They are expensive when you first start out and trying to get your panrty sorted.
Good – I really like Tupperware, I think because you pay so much for it you tend to look after it very well. Modular mates are good quality and keep food freash and organised in any pantry. It's easy to identify food because they are see-through and deffinatley makes a difference when you open the pantry door and everything looks neat and tidy. You… Read more
really do have to weigh up the cost though because they are very expensive, although it says something that my grandmother still has her Tupperware. Lifetime guarantee, look great, organise pantry well,. The price - very expensive! Husbands don't understand that they can't go in the microwave.
OK – These are good, sturdy containers for the pantry. They look great and the bottom is translucent so you can see what is inside. They are expensive though and if they get a crack, don't expect them to replace it. That 'lifetime' guarantee used to be excellent once but nowadays about all it covers is a split in a seal-anything else, forget it. That… Read more
is the main reason I marked them down in the stars-because I think Tupperware is a little dishonest in marketing these days. I like the way the different sizes all fit together and the way replacement parts are available. I like the shape and the fact they are sturdy and good quality. They look neat in a pantry. I do like the clear bases, you can see what is inside them. Three things to remember: One, it is very expensive, two, it is not airtight. Yes, it looks better than the round containers of the 70s but the price you pay for that appearance is the fact it is not fully airtight or waterproof. It doesn't matter with some foodstuffs, with others it does mean shorter storage time. My main beef with Tupperware though is the guarantee is hardly worth the paper it is written on nowadays. I have been a big fan of it since the 70s and look after my stuff, but I have noticed that several items I have sent back over the last few years just never get replaced-or even returned! Not good enough, considering the price you pay!
Excellent – I bought modular mates when I was in my 20's and I am still using them now I am nearly 50. They are in excellent condition, still look great and I have never had to replace a lid or had any problems with them. We use them everyday and I believe they are well worth the price because they never have to be replaced. Excellent product that I would… Read more
recommend for people who want quality and long lasting containers. They stack and store to make the best use of shelf space. The quality is outstanding and they last for years. You can see the food that is stored through the container and they look really good. The initial cost is expensive.
Good – I've found the the best sizes are the Square 2 and 5. Super Oval is more practical for breakfast cereal than the regular Oval. Be careful when ordering that you get the type of lid you want because I somehow wound up with a Super Oval 5 with a regular lid but I wanted it for breakfast cereal and needed a hinged lid. Good strong plastic Expensive and I personally find some of the sizes impractical. Show reply
Excellent – Absolutly fantastic product I have a new house with a pantry that is not huge, I have had it completly fitted out with Modular mates and have so much room and everything is so easily identified. I absolutly love this product and have even moved onto the fridge mates. Having an organised pantry after two years using these is great. Everything fits perfectly.
Good – HATE the price. LOVE everything else about these. They are worth investing in, as long as you don't have to reguarly replace lost or misused ones which children and husbands have microwaved or used in the shed! They can be collected over time and being tupperware will last. I still have Tupperware my Nanna loved at my age. Smart modular design… Read more
makes full use of space available, easy to see what is in container and how much is left. Easy to label. Coordinates well with most kitchen styles. Reputable company with great after purchase service. REALLY expensive. I don't understand how they justify this.
Good – These are a wonderful product. I was lucky enough to get mine through my Kitchen Tea before my wedding so the cost didn't matter as much to me. Food lasts longer in them since the seals make them sir tight. They also come in a range of colours. Since they are stackable it uses up what would otherwise be wasted space in my pantry. I have not yet… Read more
had any problems with mine but still it is great to know that Tupperware will replace anything that breaks. These containers make my pantry so much more organised. They stack neatly and look great. I also love Tupperware's life time guarantee. They can be expensive.
Excellent – I think Modular Mates are well worth the price. I am slowly building my collection piece by piece. You don't have to buy them all at once. It is putting an end to my disorganised pantry! I love how they all stack neatly on top of each other and I can see what's in them. They are made out of very solid plastic. I also love the labels that come with them. Expensive
Excellent – I have used Modular Mates for over 10 years and trust me its worth all the money. All my spices, cereals, salt, sugar, cookies etc last long because of its air tight nature and saves so much time finding something when you are in the middle of cooking.Transforms any Pantry shelf to a neatly organised one and stackablity helps one to make maximum use of… Read more
existing space.Go for one today! Love that Modular look!Locks odour,Not noisy like Stainless steel, unbreakable and spill proof, easy to locate stuff because of see through sides, air tight and easy to stack. Seals accumulate dust, not suitable for aged persons as they have to press the lid hard
Excellent – They fit into pantry shelves, stack on top of each other, can see contents, different sizes make everything accessable, seals available in colours, life time guarantee easy to seal expensive
Excellent – I love these containers - they are so versatile, there is a container for everything, and they save so much space in the pantry and cupboards. They keep food fresh and tidy. They are also great in that small children can't get the lids off so it keeps food safe from little ones! THe only downfall is the price - although often you do get what you… Read more
pay for - so they certainly are a quality container. Great strong and sturdy containers - see through (easy to see what's in them), easily stackable and a great range of different sizes. A little expensive. A limited range of colours, which can change and therefore you can't always get the colour you want or already have.
Excellent – What I love about Tupperware is that it works. No pantry moths, spilling food or spoiled products. Everything is neat, organised, tidy and well sealed. If the lids split, you can change them for free. The different sizes are fantastic for different amounts of food. Only shame is that you have to order through someone but I guess it keeps costs… Read more
down?? Highly recommend for every and any pantry! Brilliant. Keeps food fresh, pantry is more organised and easily stacked. Easy to open and see what's inside. Agree with others - changing colours are very annoying!! Expensive to start out but well worth it. I've had mine for 5 years, my sister for 10 and my mum for more than 15 years.
Excellent – Have had them for 15 years and hadn't had to replace any as yet. Easy to stack and the variety is great. The seals last forever and are guaranteed for a lifetime. They keep changing the colors so you can't add to your collection
Excellent – It has a great look, also saves spase and reduces what I chuck out. My favourite thing is that I can find everything for the first time ever in my pantry Saves so much space in my pantry and looks great
Excellent – Great quality, but you do pay for that quality. The lifetime guarantee means that you are saving in the long run. because it is the sort or product you can pass down to your kids! You can see everything that is in your pantry at a glane. They don't come undone easily like the cheaper brands, and keep your food fresher because they are airtight.… Read more
They come with a lifetime warranty, and I have never had any issues when I have taken a damaged product to a party or to one of the tupperware stores. These are realy expensive compared with decor or similar that you can buy from the supermarket.
