First , item does not work. They are scammers. I bought 1 and after they got my credit card number, 4 hit my credit card and could not be removed. I contacted CS immediately. They said when I get the order I could return the other 3. Then they said at my own expense. The return address in GERMANY and USPS would cost over $80.00 for the return!!!! Scammers …and they are being reported. Do notttt buy!

LIARS, THIEVES AND CROOKS!! – I was looking at their products and was considering buying 3 tvidlers and cases. It doesn’t work -don’t bother – t v i d l e r is rubbish i would not bother wasting your hard earned money. i wouldn’t even accept one as a gift because i’d just be responsible for putting it into trash.

tvidler is the BEST ! – this product is completely bogus ! bought first one only to find out they gave me two of the same tips... neither of which were the spiral ones... and the only way to get the right one I had to email them but I got no response so I had to buy another one... and I anxiously waited and it finally arrived,... earwax and used the Tvidler and NOTHING absolutely nothing... In fact it actually worked against me and clogged my ear... and it's been three weeks now and it still 100%clogged , ... I'm very disappointed and will start a class action law suit if i dont regain my hearing soon

It's pretty good and safe to use – Using this eliminates the possibility of infection, which is a relief as I frequently have issues with my ears. There's little chance of cutting or damaging the ear thanks to the pleasant design. Show reply

As a hearing aid wearer, I have earwax issues and visit an ENT every 12 weeks – Tvidler offers a favorable price-performance ratio and adequate accessories. Because I've only used it for four weeks, I can easily stipulate how effective it is at removing the persistent earwax buildup in my ears. It also spared me two trips to the ENT, but I can't speak for anyone else. My personal experience with tvidler proved to be great and perfectly suited to my needs. Show reply

Read the reviews – Thank goodness for reviews I was thinking of buying one but after reading the reviews it reminds me of a mistake I made buying Derila Pillows I ordered two and they charged for 4 if only I'd read those reviews.

Very unsatisfied – I recently purchased your product. I ordered 2 boxes and before I knew it, 6 boxes were processed and the money taken out of my account. I emailed the company immediately to tell them what happened but got no reply. The products arrived but was not impressed at all with its effectiveness. I attempted to return the extra boxes for a refund as they are utterly useless, but there was no docket sent with the goods and no address to send them too.

Unsatisfied – Do not buy..... The product is faulty Very miss leading Lesson learned... I should have read the reviews & I therefore would not have gone there

Does not work – Tool too large and bulky to do anything other than shove the wax further in. I have small ears and canals. For me, it didn't go at all deep, it hurt to rotate, and didn't pull out anything substantial (just a few superficial flakes). Now they keep calling me every few months to buy more replacement heads and don't seem to have an unsubscribe system.

dishonest your company is. To rub salt into the wound, i am trying to unsubscribe from your mailing list, which is cluttering my in box every day. and find it very difficult to do so.

Completely Ripped Off – As I have seen in other reviews, I have had exatly the same experience. I ordered ONE and was charged for FOUR. They were all delivered. To add to the woes - I have used them and find they are (for me) absolutely useless. They do nothing! Not I have 3 unsued boxes of these things and am likely to have to write it off.

[Content Removed] alert! – As many experienced, when I placed my order I only selected one item but in my confirmation I was charged for 4 items. Paypal wouldn't honour my claim and now I'm trying to dispute the whole refund. They customer support is helpless and they offered me a free recipe book and 20% refund on the rest of the items. After waiting 6 business days, and of course no money having been received, I asked the obvious question, where was my refund?. After numerous requests, the very same Customer Service (?) person finally replied on the 21st of February saying "I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you, but due to the fact that your order is still being delivered, our refund team was unable to approve a complete refund. We will be able to process another refund once the order has been returned to us." The first confirmation of my refund came on the 8th of February, after I had emailed photos of the goods being returned via Australia Post to their nominated Port Melbourne, yet their last email referred to above says "your order is still being delivered" This comes 13 Days after I was told my Refund was being processed. This saga has gone on for more than a month. NEVER AGAIN, MORE THAN 30 EMAILS, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WOEFUL

Very effective – A friend gave me the product. I was fairly sceptical but my ears are always blocking up with wax which resulted in visits to the doctor. Anyway, tried the tvidler and was very impressed. Does the job really well and easy to use. Been using for over a year now and still happy. Only gave 4 stars as nothing is perfect. Show reply

ridiculous amount of $150!!

I emailed customer service within 5 minutes of the order being placed and I got a reply that they couldn't cancel order that i had to wait until receiving goods ( all within 5 minutes I did this and they couldnt cancel!!..the order alarm bells rang then!!) when I emailed customer service that I want a refund they tried to offer me 15% refund to keep the items. I refused and they sent me returns address that happens to be in Lithuania!!..mind you the postage to send it back was horrific around $70 so was not worth it!! To make matters worse the products are so crap they do not remove any ear wax at all, the silicone tips are so flimsy they do absolutely nothing!!!..I think of how many cotton buds I could have actually bought for 150 that actually remove earwax!! this product is absolute rubbish DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

you are charged an exorbitant amount without the option to alter your order before it is placed.

I called customer service and I got some filo yes man trying to offer me 15% + a free gift to keep the items. I refused and he said he would alter my offer with the warehouse staff. I later emailed them and they said ïts not possible as the order has been processed and shipped... all within 24 hours???!!

I have contacted my bank regarding this fraudulent activity by this abhorrent company. I hope Tvidler are shut down and the criminals who run this company wind up in jail!

refund so I could send back when they arrived and was never given an address or return number so sent back to return to sender address to be told that is the incorrect address and that I would have to track it down meanwhile it is in their warehouse and they refuse to refund and don't answer any correspondence. Stay away from these scammers, all they are good for is ripping you off.

[Content Removed]- similar story to others – Upon purchase, a sneaky PayPal auto-pay (presumably setup from their end) had us accidentally pay $160 aud extra. They wouldn’t go through return protocol even though I followed all steps. Worst of all, product doesn’t work at all…stay away!

I can definitely live without it! – This is an oversold over exaggerated product. I have a relatively large amount of earwax. I use a cotton bud every couple of days to remove my wax. When I use Tvidler I hardly remove any wax. The nib falls off the stem/handle too easily, it feels like the bib might be too skinny and it doesn’t feel anywhere near as good as a cotton. a cotton bud after the thicker and still get was on it. Rather disappointed I spent my money on a 5 pack bundle thinking it would do what the advertising says and remove chunks of wax.

Don’t waste your money – Awful product. Doesn’t work. Tried to get a refund. They refused. I gave up. Gave them a bad review WHICH THEY TOOK DOWN. And then harassed me repeatedly afterwards. Definitely. Avoid.

Want to be harassed? Buy one – 9 months later I’m still getting relentless spam emails, texts and calls & they just won’t stop. DO NOT BUY. Below-average product and not worth the headache of being bombarded.

extra cost -but due to a technicality (I did not read the small print) they are refusing to refund anything despite Aust Post tracking confirming that they received the goods. I had enclosed a letter with all the details (I just didn't realise they had a standard form- which I didn't use!!) So I've lost the overinflated cost of the goods AND the return (tracked)postage from Australia.

It just pushes the ear wax deeper – It's thick and blunt on the end, it doesn't extract earwax it just pushes it deeper. Given the way it's designed you kind of need to push the tvidler pretty deep inside your ear, but it extracts barely any earwax, much less than cotton buds. there isn't much in your ear due to how effectively it cleans it, but really it's just pushing earwax deeper. I tried on my right ear after not cleaning my ears for a while, almost no earwax came out, I then used a cotton bud on my left ear and got a lot. I then used cotton buds on my right ear and got more wax than I did with the tvidler but less than I did from my left ear, suggesting it had pushed wax deeper. My right ear now hurts. I suspect it isn't good for your ears. This is the third time I've used it and it got barely any earwax the first two times either.

They also have a sales team that calls up to get you to buy more, which seems odd for toiletries, especially if they work better than the basic products. They also tried to cross sell me into other products. I got 5 of the dispensable heads and they're definitely not one use, given they're rubber so you can just wash/disinfect them easily, enough for 6 months+ if they worked, yet they try to sell it as if you're going to need a constant regular supply, tried to sell me more within like a month or two of buying it (possibly sooner, I can't remember) and if I remember correctly I had to cancel the ongoing subscription after buying it, which there is absolutely no way a normal person would use even if they worked. If you do read this and decide to buy at least get the smallest/minimum option they have to try it first before buying any disposable heads. Definitely not worth money though.

Completes order too quickly to check – I ordered 1 product but it added 4, then as previous review mentions, tricks you into buying other products. Also it had taken my money before I even completed the sale, thankfully my bank questioned it and put a hold until I could confirm. I would avoid this seller
