I was diagnosed with a Hernia and being realistic about the current state of the Health System expect that it may be some time before it can be treated. I searched online and decided the Tynor belt looked to be best suited for me. It was easy to order and pay for and it was delivered promptly within a few days. The Belt is well made, easy to fit… Read more

and looks like it will last; hopefully for as long as I need it. I do not use the inserts that are provided for extra support but they are supplied if needed Because it is made from thick strong material it is slightly uncomfortable in hot weather. I only wear it when I think I am likely to be putting stress on the Hernia and it does the job.

I purchased a Chest Binder from Tynor Australia (Australian Healthcare Supplies) after taking the precaution of making a phonecall to them, and relying on their so-called expert advice on sizing. The product arrived one size too large and was entirely unsuitable. Despite this being entirely their error, they refused to accept a return, citing… Read more

irrelevant policies and dismissing their responsibility by claiming their advice was merely 'general.'

First, they claimed the product should be used under a physician’s direction—completely unrelated to the fact that they gave me the wrong size. Then, they used a “sanitary/health” excuse to deny the return, even though Australian Consumer Law states that hygiene policies do not override consumer rights when a product is unfit for its intended purpose. Finally, they mentioned a restocking fee—something that does not apply when a refund is legally required.

This company hides behind restrictive policies to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes. If you value your rights as a consumer, avoid Tynor Australia (Australian Healthcare Supplies) at all costs—they will not support you if something goes wrong. Before purchasing, I strongly recommend researching other customer reviews, as I have since found many similar complaints regarding sizing and product quality issues.

It is also worth noting that reviews under 4 stars, are impossible to publish. I can only imagine that this is to keep average ratings higher. Also, your review will be taken down if it is casting a particularly negative light on Tynor.

No reply from email, phone or online. Defective goods. Arch support – Reading the other reviews, looks like they are still selling defective goods that they know to be unfit for purpose. Arch support for shoes doesnt stay attached. Came off after one use. Contacted for refund but no reply at all from email, phone or online. Fake reviews on their website. Low quality goods

Don't trust the review in their website – Order the child sling for my kids it's too small we even tried on and they refused to refund basic on company policy. To be honest, who would read the refund policy when you order online? I didn't expect I can't refund if the product not fit. And company phone never work. Please avoid this company.

Weak and horrible towards vulnerable people – It’s was late to be delivered I contacted customer service in advance to say I’ve had to purchase something else, as delivery was late. No return accepted. Horrible service don’t buy from here

Arch support – Don't purchase these. Save your money get a professional to fit you. Throwing in the bin. Hard pieces of rubbish. Unused in box wrapped in plastic refused refund. Apparently I have no consumer rights with this company who can also keep part of your refund if they decide to give your money back. Stay clear of this company.

Avoid !!! – the length measurement advertised on their website for hinged neoprene knee support is inaccurate. I was supposed to get a brace that fits thigh circumference of up to 61cm. The product they sent me id 49-50cm length!!! If you request refund you get 10% of what you pay for after you subtract two way shipping and their restocking fee and not to… Read more

mention the time wasted ( YOU NEED TO SHIP IT TO THEM WHICH COST ~16$ for them to check if the product is faulty) !!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE. I was misled by the review after purchase is when I realized you cannot add review like any other website!!

Mallet Finger Splint- The design is logical and the device itself is comfortable – When you order something like this, its because of a pretty specific injury. I had used ones available from pharmacy's that were made of aluminium and foam and covered your entire finger which then had to be held together with tape but for me, were incredibly uncomfortable. This product is comfortable and although it does get in the way a bit if… Read more

you have to use a computer or are quite active in the outdoors, you'd be hard pressed to find a brace that didn't.

The one thing that could be improved is that your finger can slip off the foam part, even though it is held down with a bit of velcro, you may also need some tape to hold it in place. Otherwise it’s a great product, simple and effective.
