Fraud company; poor management keep your money – Company is loose in chasing insurance for you. They keep $1000 at the beginning. And say if you put a ding on the car they will keep the entire $1000 without chasing the other party. They do a simple lazy butt analysis and decide it's better to have your $1000 rather than getting it from the at-fault party. Unethical company. Avoid.

The service from ucar is perfect. The Company has not failed me whatsoever – Just want to provide a honest review and say how much I appreciate using the services of UCAR. This is my second Toyota Camry which is probably one of the best driving cars I have ever driven on the Queensland roads. Also I'm happy with the processing of the payments each week and the excellent service from Joe and Ron.

Not very good service – UBER still didn’t approved the ‘Safety check Report for Reg. CI93VD car’. Ucar gave me a hard time. Because yesterday they gave different car and everything was approved. After that they change the car gave different car and documents doesn’t approve by Uber. So I can’t drive today. Also this car doesn’t have floor mat. I bought a floor mat for the car from ALDI store. Still I’m waiting for Safety check report approval.

Very very very poor NO CUSTOMER SERVICE – I have been renting through these guys very poor attitude towards their customers manager was very poor did not care about the company that he is representing. A 25$ has been cut from my bond which i clearly stated to him that isnt the point. Guys my point is they didnt lose me for 25$ they lost me with 10 other drivers i made to rent through ucar because of poor attitude. I also asked him dont you think your boss or owner of the company will be fuming because you have lost him 11 customers 4600$ a week due to poor behaviour and being unprofessional. Again no response. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE FOOLS .

Fraud!!! Don't rent with this company – rented a car from them for about a year had a accident, the other guys at fault hitting me from behind, the other party already made the claim, I gave them the claim number but their not contacting the party to get the car fix and want to collect 1000 dollar from me and still waiting for my 500 bond to be return.

Best treatment for rideshare customers – I've been a return customer for 4 years and have always had completely friendly and transparent communications and dealings with UCAR. Jerry has always been a great point if contact and now Ron. Thanks guys
