Professional and reliable – We were referred to Ultra by family members. Dan arrived on time and despite the unusual height / angle we were sun protected within half an hour. Very very happy and a very competitive price too.

Service – Service not good we asking to fix our roller shutter first time took more than five weeks to come and second time still in waiting lists and more than five week bad service and slack of communication

Damaged our door, refused to take blame and terrible customer service – Firstly he did grinding on our door in OUR HOUSE! then he took the door frame away from glass to check rollers and put it back together by bashing it with a hammer! even come to a solution and flatly said "we won't do anything" whilst walking out of our house while I was talking! Flatly refused to even listen. He even said that the reason the guy would have taken the door off was because the glass was coming away from the frame which was also not true (took door off to check rollers which were fine) he had no bloody idea what happened and just refused to listen to me or take responsibility! I don't leave reviews ever but I am that angry at the way this was handled I feel like I had to!

Couldn't buy a shutter off them! So disorganised! – We wanted a rollershutter to go over a pair of french doors in a building being renovated. would we do that if we had a lot on our plate??) when I asked for a few remotes he tried to talk me out of it. When I said no, we wanted to order, he said he would have to get [name removed] to get in touch. We gave him our builders details. That was 4 weeks ago. I even rang to remind them and the same man apologised.. still no call. The door frame has now been build and door hung. We don't think we can get one now as we (don't know) don't think it will fit over the door handle. Stuff that could have been solved 4 weeks ago. They were useless at selling anything, following up and seem to have no interest in taking our money. Guys if you are reading this you probably lose so much money due to your disorganisation and terrible customer service. When we came in we had loads of money sitting in the bank we wanted to give you!!! Why not take our order??

ULTRA SHUTTERS...service was good to start with – We were more than happy with the installation of our blinds, they were delivered as promised. We had to put in a service call as one of the blinds is making a noise when operated. We were told they would be in touch....we are still waiting. We were out and couldn't get back for almost an hour, they said sorry we have to get back to Traralgon we knock off at 4. We made yet another call to the company the next morning and was told they would get back to us....another week has now gone by...no call. It is now a couple of months since the first call was placed, each time we call to see what is happening we are told they will speak to the boss. Follow up customer service seems to be almost non existent. If the powers that be read this post and get somebody out to us without anymore fuss I will write a follow up report.

No customer service – The product maybe satisfactory but there is no customer service, they do not complete work in set time frame.They do not follow up with promised calls. 1 window shutter took 4 months!.
