My recent experience with Ultra Tune Ferntree Gully was an absolute pleasure. Work was done at below quoted price with high level of professional experience. Dave and his team are a great crew to trust your car with. They not only do the job well but take the time to explain all the work done and how best to maintain your car for long driving pleasure. Great work team.

Absolute disgraceful upselling service. You buy in for a fixed priced service price & then they just freaking bleed you with all their fine print crap. Be better Ultratune ! Its so bad , they literally are the dodgy car mechanics your dad told you about.

Poor quality services – Poor services, poor quality in meeting customer standards. When you go to them they don't do the right thing, they end messing with your car. More interested in taking your money than fixing your car. Some stores are more focused on taking videos rather than spending time fixing the car. Making videos and taking videos doesn't fix the car. Waste of time.

Went up and beyond – I would recommend ultra tune . In all honesty they went up and beyond for me. The slightest little issuies, and they were very comforting and supporting is resolving the problem. I would 100% recommend them

Competitive at Servicing Nothing Else – We have used 3 Different Outlets they are very competitive on servicing but as soon as you need some more in-depth work done they are hopeless. another franchise we were quoted $1500 to do some repairs to an oilleak (and a few other things) after which they couldn't fix it so they said they would need to requote to fix it, they didnt quote they just fixed it and came back to us saying we had to pay another $1000.

Very good – Happy with everything and take my car there all the time. It’s a trade vehicle and they get it done quickly so I can carry on with my business. Also easier than dealer.

Ultratune Capalaba was excellent – Minor service on a Ford Ranger. Excellent service and prices. Will use these guys again. No stress and very professional. Cant fault the work and the roadside assist thrown is a great extra.

Best service – The Bankstown Ultratune is my go to place whenever I need to service my car or have any issues with it. The guys there are amazing. They know how to treat returning customers. Ultratune serviced my car a few weeks later and pointed out that the other guy gave me some old engine parts from another car and yet he charged me over $500 and even asurred me they were 'brand new'. Got my refund from the other place and never used any other service again.

Avoid Ultra Tune Mt Barker like the plague – This Franchis can not diagnose complex issues. They are incompetent when it comes to any work other than stanrepairsrd services on new vehicles. The owner is rude & aggressive. AVOIthem at all costs.
