Very bad quality – They do tarnish - intially you would think it is very good value for money, but after you can't use them. Fake is just fake, not worth it at all

Bracelet broke after 3 months – I bought a few pieces. The bracelet broke after 3 months. When I contacted them they told me they couldn’t exchange it as it was out of the return period! I told them I didn’t want to exchange it but was returning a faulty item. They then wanted me to order more items so they could post the bracelet to me!? Then when I said i would leave a review - they blocked me on facebook! Really pathetic customer service. Don’t buy!

Stay clear!!!! – I thought I would buy myself a few pieces, reviews looked good so thought for a few hundred I could have a similar look to the real thing that I wanted to give to my daughter. Stones fell out, metal went black. Eternity ring indented into band of the single stone ring which has made the metal go thin. Trying to get a refund but think I have a… Read more

better chance of seeing an elephant fly. They want me to upgrade to white gold at a cost, and also pay £45 postage. I really did think this company was great because as soon as a stone fell out, I informed them and they sent me another one straight away. The service was to good to be true sadly, as they don’t want to know now.

Update: just received full refund after sending proof of the items being returned.

Buyers Beware Company Is A Scam – Don't touch this page/company it's a scam you order and receive jewelry that looks like it's come from an egg in a 50 cent vending machine, then get no reply when you ask questions. I can't believe that they can pass this trash off as lab created diamonds I don't believe any of those facebook comments are legitimate as all negative comments are deleted and all positive comments are too good to be true.

Complete scam – The products are marked incorrectly and the stones do not pass pen tests. The metal used is base metal and it's advertised as 30% platinum and 70% silver, but is stamped either s925 or Pt 950. Buyer BEWARE!!!

Junk and fake – Blocks you when you find out they are fake. Deletes all negative comments. Does not in fact sell CVD stones or real metal rings. False advertising. Calling my bank tomorrow morning.

Tarnished & discolored rings – Beware.... Una & Co delete all negative reviews on their Facebook page. Bought 2 beautiful rings but sadly after wearing them for only one day they started to tarnish and are completely discolored now. I requested a refund but they want me to pay the shipping costs from Ireland to China before I get a refund. Terrible customer services

Stone already fell out – A stone fell out in Wedding band. The band on the engagement ring is quickly dulling. Somehow my credit card was charged twice. But no one takes responsibility. I would never buy from this company again.

Not happy – Well I have ordered a ring a month ago haven’t received it yet. When I contacted una&co they send me an email the courier company failed to deliver and I have to contact them. This is very frustrating and annoying. I have paid for the ring and they have failed to deliver to my place. What a great service they have provided. won’t recommend to any.

Not diamond or genuine metal – Ordered a solitaire ring. Advertised ad a CVD diamond, and silver/platinum alloy. The size was too large, so took to 2 jewellers to resize. Both refused. 2nd jeweller tested both the stone and metal. Stone is NOT a diamond, CVD or otherwise. Metal is NOT silver or platinum. Contacted Una & Co, who are sending me a replacement at no charge. I guess to keep me quiet. Service is good, but product Is not genuine or as described.

They are terrible scammers ! No diamonds and its plated copper – They advertise man made diamonds and 70%platinum 30% sterling silver rings. They even stamp them pt.950. They're not diamonds and the material is plated copper. They block you when you find out the truth. Awful company, please don't buy! I would give 0 stars of that was an option.

The metal is neither silver or platinum – Have only had this a couple of weeks and you can see that the coating has come off to reveal cheap metal underneath. Do not waste your money as Una & co jewellery are cheap fakes

SCAM ALERT – I have purchased two rings from these guys last month - 1 Eternity band & 1 Ct Solitaire. I only started wearing the rings for about 10 days so far and I wear them for only couple of hours a day when I go to work, so very minimal use. Already 3 stones have come off from the Eternity Band. When I initially received the rings also, I had my doubts… Read more

about workmanship as the rings look bit cheap. The shape of the eternity ring was not round but bit crooked, so had this very cheap look to it. Now I am starting to believe this is a total scam. In facebook you can only find good reveiews about them, looks like they delete bad ones. Very dissapointed.

Absolute pants..Scam scam scam avoid – Update #4 After several emails back and forth l have now received a full refund for my items. They argued and dug heels in that the mossanite was genuine inspite of me sending video as they requested showing stone didnt react to tester. They said l was using tester wrong. When l finally told them regardless of stone the band is not 30/70 Update… Read more

Replacement bracelet (to replace broken one) has snapped. Only a couple of weeks gentle wear from this one.. pic added

Update #2

Reading back through my messages from this company l find they told me they would be posting my mossanite ring after they make the certificate.

Sorry but MAKE??? Feel stupid. I should have questioned it there in more detail (screenshot added)

Update now blocked on the facebook page after sending them a photo of my finger which has came out in a rash. Pic at bottom

Purchased a bracelet.. it broke within days. They sent a replacement.. so far its been fine however a moissanite ring purchased has not tested positive at 2 independent jewellers plus my own tester. Another cvd diamond ring (ox head setting) the stone has became loose. Customer service is fab when u are buying something but when you no longer "buy their lies" it dries up. Anybody with problems with this company NEEDS to open a paypal dispute..thats the only way these people can be shut down. My heart is broke seeing on facebook all the happy buyers who have not yet realised the products are fake.) Platinum silver alloy therefore still a lie they finally refunded. My advice is dont buy but if you read these genuine reviews... they ask for refund and dont give up. They will try to fob you off but stick to your guns

Rings Tarnish & Diamonds go cloudy – UPDATE: Not even 24 hours after publishing this review and after being blocked I received an SMS notification that they refunded my money. I purchased 2 rings from Una & Co. a 1 carat engagement ring and an eternity band. The engagement ring looked beautiful when it arrived and the eternity ring looked nice but side on looked like it came from a… Read more

20c machine.

After 24 hours of wearing it my finger turned black/green. Within 1 week the eternity ring turned black/brown and the engagement ring started to tarnish. I messaged them and sent photos they offered a replacement which I received within 2 weeks, by which time both rings had tarnished very badly.

I then tried contacting them and they started replying - Our technology wasn’t good enough to create a lab grown diamond as good as a natural diamond - They told me to wash it, as diamond turned cloudy - They again stated it will definitely not tarnish - Now they say do not use in water as it will get corrosion

I requested a refund they stopped replying to my messages. I then posted photos underneath all of their lying comments on Facebook where they told people their rings will not tarnish with photos of my tarnished rings, they have deleted my comments and blocked me from commenting.

I spent $150.00 with them and was upset as I never normally fall for scams. Please do yourself a favour if you read this before you buy, don’t do it. It does look nice when you first get it and if it’s just going to be costume jewellery for you, you may be happy with it but for me I wanted to wear it every day and would never pay $150 for costume jewellery I would have rathered that go towards a real ring.

Absolute SCAM!

Scam! Not CVD but CZ and not PT950 but a base metal – It's a scam. First they say they're an Italian company under construction so all things are being shipped from their warehouse in China. False - they have never had a store in Italy, it's a lie. While there is an Italian company named Una, they are not related. This business has always been Chinese if you look up their origins - even the "co" in… Read more

their name means China and they have used the packaging from other Chinese sister companies. Their website contains all stock photos or photos stolen from Tiffany's, and text that is full of errors in English.

They claim these are cvd diamonds but post contradictory information in their comments section when people ask what is the difference between cvd and a natural diamond. They delete any negative comments. They have posted a picture showing the differences between a cvd and a natural diamond, but the facts are actually for a moissanite. These are not moissanites either because they claim moissanites come from the earth (they come from meteorites but 99.9% of the ones on the market are lab created). CVD diamonds and moissanites are much more expensive than what they are selling. The natural conclusion would be to assume they are selling CZ's.

Their metal is stamped as pt950 which is for pure platinum but they say their ring is a alloy of platinum and silver. I doubt this too because most platinum-silver alloys have 3-10% platinum, not 30% (platinum is very expensive and heavy). Many rings from China are known for having fake stamps and also containing cadmium, which is cheap, shiny, doesn't tarnish, but is also highly toxic to humans. I would not trust this ring on my finger and am glad I did not buy from them. I would not recommend anyone buying from them either. Spend a little bit more money and get a moissanite from a reputable company such as C&C. At the very least, you'll know you aren't wearing something toxic.

No consistent quality – I bought three rings from Una&Co. My first purchase was a one carat princess cut solitaire which was of average quality. I asked for a replacement because I was not too happy with the brilliance of the stone and they sent me a new ring instantly without having to return the old one. But : that new ring had more brilliance but looked a lot more… Read more

"fake" than the old one. Too many rainbow colors. That being said, their customer service is excellent. Very fast shipping. I bought another two rings, a brilliant cut solitaire with an eternity band, and for this one, I am very satisfied with the quality. The stone looks very real and has a lot of fire and sparkle to it. See pictures. Overall, I really don't like that their products differ so much in quality and I doubt the stones they use are cvd diamonds. I asked if they would be able to pass a diamond pen and customer service answered they wouldn't because technology producing the stones wasn't advanced enough. So it could be either a scam or just poorly produced diamonds.

It’s a scam – They are scamming people. They are advertising their products as CVD diamonds but they are not. When anyone posts a negative review to their Facebook site, or queries the authenticity of the lab diamonds they claim to be selling, they delete the comments. I contacted them via FB messenger and they admitted their products cannot pass the diamond pen test. I have requested a refund.

NOT CVD, should be just cubic zirconia-FAKE ADVERTISEMENT – I wish i had read the reviews before i purchased the ring. Received my ring today, it took 8 days to arrive which is good. It sparkles, but the overall quality is very average. They advertise the ring as CVD but it is not. i did my research, a CVD is way more expansive than their price. A CZ however, is much much cheaper. A 1ct CZ could worth… Read more

just 20c (that's right, only 20c each). They stamped the ring as PT950 but they advertise it as 30% pt and 70% silver which should not be stamped as PT950. Also, their Paypal is of a Chinese name, their parcel was sent out from China too. So i think they are nothing to do with Italy. A similar CZ ring would just cost you $30 dollars in an Australian shop and the one from them cost me more than $88 dollars ($58 USD). So, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Not CVD – I received my two rings. As someone else stated, these are most likely not CVD diamonds but are actually CZ. I will say that I like the appearance of these rings remembering that they are costume jewelry. Their website is filled with so many misspelled words that it gives it a cheesy feel! Not true representation of the products.

Complete scam. Do not buy! – They are actually practicing a well known scam. They sell cubic zicornia, it is cheap, and they admit their diamond can't pass the pen test. Real cvd diamond is indistinguishable from natural and it will pass the pen test and comes with an international lab certificate. They also say their stone has hardness of 8.5, cvd diamond has a hardness of… Read more

10. 8.5 is cubic zicornia. As soon as I pointed it out, they deleted my comments.

Real diamond does not sparkle rainbow colors (especially blue shade) like that in their videos. Real diamonds will sparkle more of white/grey shades. And it will have fire within it just educate yourself with some comparison videos. Don't be a victim of this scam!

They advertise their cubic as a man made, synthetic, cvd diamond. It is completely false!

Also, their ring stamp is pt950 but that is not a platinum 950! It's fake! A lot of Chinese rings have unregulated stamps and they prey on uninformed public! This is a well known scam, just search Chinese stamped rings or Chinese pt950 ring scam!

I recently ordered over 200 dollars worth of product and paid via PayPal, I canceled the order and they told me to place a return dispute with them to issue the refund. Then they told me to cancel the dispute as they can't release the money? This is another well known scam! Once you cancel the dispute they don't have to reimburse you at all! PayPal holds money for the buyers till item is delivered, that's why they tell you to dispute it then cancel it so I cannot make a claim on it again.

If you bought it, file dispute with PayPal on account of product not as described. They practice false advertising and it's obvious if you send it to the honest jeweler for an assessmen

Serious False Advertising! – They do NOT use CVD Diamonds. They would be using moissanite’s. There is no where on earth you can buy CVD (lab grown) diamonds for that price. Their metal looks to be rhodium plated silver. The video’s of their ring’s reflect way to much colour, which is what you get from moissanites. CVD Diamonds have the identical compound’s to a natural… Read more

So far so good – I have bought three rings from this website after it popped up on my Facebook quite a few times. I am still waiting for it to be delivered and will edit to add more details once the product arrives. Really struggled to find any negative reviews on the product at stuff so very interested to hear any more reviews from anyone else as well. Product being shipped to Australia.

Affordable ” CVD “Diamond rings – This is an online website selling cvd diamond jewellery. I have got a single ring from them and it looks Really good for the price. Need to wait and see if it lives to the hype. They claim the ring to be an alloy of platinum and silver and for this reason it wont tarnish. When I searched for reviews for una I could not find any so thought will… Read more

list them so that other buyers can give honest reviews as well.

Edit : though Una claims these to be CVD diamond these do not pass diamond probe pen test. CVD diamonds should have no difference with the natural diamonds in composition and physical behaviour - this is not the case with the UNA rings that I have purchased .

Update 2: I also had purchased the tiny eternity ring with stones that go all around . Three of the stones came off in two weeks time. I wear the ring all the time ( it does get wet) . On the upside Una customer service is excellent and they are sending me a replacement.

After wearing the ring for more than a month, almost everyday , the ring has given me some rashes where it sits. I am not sure if it is due to the composition of the metal or because the ring does get wet now and then. ( As a new parent am always washing my hands) .I've not had this issue with my gold wedding band. ( Not from Una) .

That said, Metal has not tarnished or turned finger green and the stone still shines well.
