What a bunch of crooks – I have used my account sparingly on a range of sport and horse bets. Then an email saying I was no longer eligible for any promotions. When I asked why? I was basically told there was no explanation, but we can do what we want All I can think of is that my balance had increased and that is why Take your money else where

If you happen to Win then you may get banned from future Promotions without explanation – Out of the blue I was told by Unibet by email the other week that I was banned from using all/any future Promotions that they run. This was after being a member for years and years. without any need to justify their actions. All I can think is that once one of my little ($5 or $10 on average) bets won they stripped me of my Member benefits. Worst thing was hiding behind Rules to say that they didn't need to give me a reason as to why I was banned. I was then Blocked from their Facebook Page as well without notification or reasoning. Really poor (and pretty cowardly) Customer Service at Unibet I have to say.
