Never received order – I placed my order 10 weeks ago and there was a 4 week lead time on the order when I placed it. I contacted them a month ago to query if my order would be sent soon and was told that they had increased their lead time to 6 to 8 weeks. and I have still not received my order, I have attempted to contact them twice with no response and would really just prefer the order was cancelled now and I get a refund because it's just been way too long.

So So Disappointed with Painting – Colours far too strong in comparison with the one on the website. It now sits in a cupboard and will not be hung on any wall. Be careful ordering online.

Excellent service and paintings – Couldn't be more pleased with my gorgeous paintings. I wasn't 100% happy with one of them and it was no problem to have problem fixed with a friendly staff member. I'll always use these guys from now on.

service staff was prompt and helpful. I returned the painting to be re-done. However, second painting was also not up to mark either. I then requested for a refund. 2 stars given are for customer service.

Sorely disappointed – I cannot fault the wait time, nor the pristine condition in which my artwork arrived. However, the painting was a lot harsher than the image posted and by far outside their '10% tolerance in variation'. Have emailed customer service to organise a refund or possibly a swap for a print as I still like the original artwork.

Offered as painted, received print – I ordered Fortunes of spring from website which states hand painted canvas. I was delivered a very sparsely pixilated print. Web site only offers the product as a painting, under painting and abstract section. I have been told that I ordered a print although it is not offered in print section of website. and stained, packaging was intact so assume it was shipped in that condition. They are requesting more money for painted version. Not sure what to do? Advertising of product does not seem clear and when I selected the artwork in the painting section it does not offer it in alternative selection .ie. paint or print so don't know how my order could be wrong other than falsely represented.

So pleased with our canvas artwork! – Had trouble finding 'just the right piece' to put on our back wall. Found a stunning wave canvas that we were able to purchase in the exact size needed! Colours are amazing and it's perfect for that position!

Love our paintings – We ordered two different painting and love them both. They do look slightly different to the image on the website however, we like them even more in person. They arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. My husband hung them the same day and they add so much to our living area, we've received several compliments on them already. Such great value too. Thank you! :)

Better than expected – I purchased a medium framed print from united artworks awhile back however I only got around to hanging it up today. It looks so good and the quality of the frame and print itself is amazing. I would go as far to say that it looks better than what was advertised on the website. Thanks again United Artworks!

there were some order issues and damage on the first product, we received nothing but extraordinary service and response to get the issue resolved, this turned what could have been a sour experience into repeat business for United Artworks. Very happy – I received my Shanghai Tang artwork today and I'm very happy with it. It is well stretched and framed and was packed well and delivered exactly on time. After changing my mind about the size the staff were friendly and helpful about changing my order after it was placed which is quite unusual for online orders. Paid for artwork over 2 months ago. Nothing recieved yet – Terrible customer service. I've called and emailed on a number of occasions and no one has gotten back to me as to why I have not recieved my art work which I paid for over 2 months ago. Its businesses like this that drag the whole online buying service down. Buyers beware

Great Artwork, lovely service! – Just received my new artwork and I love it! It took a bit longer than expected but they assured me this is due to the artworks being painted by hand. Wrong painting sent – They sent me the wrong painting. I have tried emailing them a picture of the painting I should have received and the painting I was sent. I even resorted to posting the pictures on their Facebook page hoping to get a response, but still no reply. Their customer service is dreadful.

Outstanding Service – I recently purchased an original artwork (acrylic on canvas) from United Artworks in Australia. Item arrived with 48 hrs of ordering! But it's not just that the service is outstanding: the quality, diversity and pricing are great too. Poor quality, non existent customer service – I ordered a large 180cm x 90cm hand painted artwork with shadow box frame. The time frame provided was 21 days + 5 days for the framing. The artwork looks as if it has been painted in Thailand/Bali. It resembles the original painting that was on the net but executed so poorly that any year 10 art student could do a similar job. A lot of the colours differ to the original. The top right hand corner of the artwork is not stretched properly and noticeably sagging. The shadow box frame has 8 chips and scratches on three of the four sides. There was no damage to the packaging leading me to the conclusion that both the rippled sag in the canvas as well as the scratches and chips were there when it left United Artworks.

I would not recommend United Artworks unless you are after a cheap space filler and are not too concerned with quality.

Great product! Fantastic service! – What great service! We ordered a hand painted canvas off the website in a custom size! The turn around was super quick! Arrived at our door within the month! Really poor quality – When the artwork arrived, it was nothing at all like the picture online. Colours were dull & just completely different to original. I was so disappointed because as it was a special offer I had waited 7 weeks for it to arrive. Returned it ASAP and wouldn't buy from here ever again due to such poor quality.

Disgraceful – This is nothing more than a street art from Bali, poorly stretched and isn't anything like the photos, such poor quality even had painting brush hairs stuck all over the finished painting... save your money ... don't bother..

Terrible customer service – Serious delays and outrageous attitude from their customer relations person.very rude and difficult to deal with. The artwork itself was as described, shame about the people you have to deal with to get the goods.
