Went to United cinemas had an amazing time watching Scream 7 both Prabh and Michael gave us amazing service. They were the best and most hard working employees i have ever seen these guys are amazing very kind respectful and just such wonderful people. Thank you very much.

Disappointing – We bought tickets for the 'grand' recliners but unfortunately there is nothing grand about them. Unable to see the seat numbers so tried several recliners (as not many in the theatre) and a several of the recliners didn't work. When eventually we found our seats the tables and food rests were dirty. Disappointing.

Disgusting – Every 2nd seat is ripped, broken, sticky, full of food scraps down the sides. Most of the recliners dont work. Toilet doors broken, no hand soap. Hand dryers broken. Cinema 6 screen has 2 holes in it. Ery annoying as you constantly see them as small as they are. Come on United. Spend some of your profits and do some repairs and hire cleaners.

Very expensive – Very expensive cost between two people including snacks will never come back here at United cinemas in narellan nsw

Horrible useless untrained intimidating staff at Craigieburn United Cinema – Horrible useless untrained intimidating staff. Terrible cinema. Disgusting service. We bought out tickets to see Elvis. We were told twice JUST SIT ANYWHERE which we did. We sat in two recliner chairs. About halfway through the movie we were told we had to move upstairs to other seats because we did not pay for recliners. Again it was stated twice… Read more

SIT ANYWHERE. They also waited till the movie was half over before telling us. The cinema was completely empty so it was not like we were taking someone else's chair. The arrogant girl kept saying I'll lose my job if you don't move. She should have thought of that when she made the mistake of telling us to SIT ANYWHERE. Pathetic service and I'm surprised that they have stayed open so long. When we debated it with her she got threatening by saying if we don't move she will call security to move us. Considering this cinema is always empty you would think they would be more appreciative of customers. Will not be back.

Cinema – Good cinema I enjoyed my experience old school movie watching at its best and great seating especially the grand seat... I would like to see a better selection of food in the the candy bar

Best cinema.. Old but modernising..evolving with customer needs – Watched cold pursuit..extremely clean.. Staff professionally groomed friendly well mannered. Priced well $10 for a normal seat or $19 for lounge chairs. They modernising to consumer demands lounge chairs, outside open air night cinema..just a real good experience really impressed.
