Tracking numbers – I requested a tracking number several times for my order and none has been sent.

Scammers – I ordered 3 products on the 11th July 2021 and finally got the package on the 2nd August. The corset for $57.94 was not in the order and there was no note to say it was on back order so I rang and spoke to a man who said that I could choose a different colour corset as the other colour was out of stock, so that is what I did. He told me that it would be sent out directly. I haven't received it as of the 24th August 2021. I wore the waist trainer on the 3rd August for one hour, walking. The thing completely fell apart, as I had purchased two of the these trainers I rang and spoke to a woman and told her that the product was faulty and the latex had just fallen apart. She proceeded to tell me that in four years of working at United that she had never had a complaint about that product line. She asked me to post on fb live the photos of the waist trainers. I wore the second waist trainer sitting in the car for a couple of hours, it too fell apart. I rang on the 20th August and spoke to the same man from the first phone conversation on the 2nd August. I informed him that I had not received the corset that he had said that he had ordered in replacement of the corset in the original order that wasn't 'in stock'. I said that I want a refund for the amount of the corset which was $57.94. He told me that he would let the 'accounts dept' know to process the refund. I then told him that the waist trainers were rubbish and I wanted a refund on those and he said that they will only exchange those. Yeah right, like they did for the corset that I never got. Don't deal with this company. I have looked at the reviews and I am not the only one out there that has put in orders, paid for and not received the product. Too many for it to be a coincidence. I am still waiting for my refund.
