Sorted – Sorted after much mucking around finally got it to work Only took talking to 6 different people and two days of bad reviews to get them to do their job

A professional team – I used their service to unlock my iPhone. At first I was sceptical but I needed to unlock it. I placed the order and received the codes within the agreed delivery time. Good service! Now I can use my phone with any network!

Fastest offer and they did it! – I looked on several websites and unlockunit.com was advertising the fastest delivery service. I place my order and they really delivered within the agreed time frame! My Samsung Galaxy Note 8 locked on AT&T can be used now on MetroPCS

Unlock my phone before travelling abroad – I was sceptical in using their service. But I decided to gave them a go. I placed an order to unlock a Galaxy from att and I receive the codes in the same day. Thanks to them, I manage to unlock my phone and while travelling in France, I used a cheap local sim card.

The site is a rip off – My wife is travelling in the UK and used the site to get an unlock code for her Huawei Mate 9 as she had to change to a UK SIM card. Cost of UnlockUnit service is US$44. Took 1 week to get the code and it didn't work. UnlockUnit refuse to give a refund as on the last line of their terms and conditions page it says that no refunds for dual SIM phones.

Got the code from another provider in 5 hours and it worked.

They refuse to refund the cost even though the code didn't work. Stated that they had to pay someone else for the code and can't get their money back. How is that my fault?
