Amazing customer service, responsive and above average communication for a dog groomer in my experience. They are very professional. The quality of the work is always fantastic.
Urban Tails Grooming - great grooming, great groomers! – My mother and I have been bringing our Cavoodle dogs to Urban Tails for almost two years now. The staff are so good with the dogs, my mother's dog suffers with anxiety but has developed a positive relationship with the staff here which has been a life changer. Our dogs love rolling in mud and swimming in the dam on our farm so they go in smelly and matted and come out looking and smelling so good with their tails waging. It's easy to book online and the staff text you in advance with an eta for pick up, usually 30mins to 1hour prior to them being ready so you don't need to sit and wait for them. Highly recommend!
Urban Tails is my trusted Groomer for my Corgi – Urban Tails have been amazing to deal with. Janna is always happy to run into the groomers. Don't know what magic they have but Janna always comes out 3 shades whiter and her little Corgi booty is always perfect. her whole body feels so soft and fluffy after each groom. the extra services provided like the Blueberry Facial and massage are great and Janna looks so Refreshed afterwards.
To comment on the 1 star review below this, i haven't had a bad experience with customer service, i get text message reminders on the appointments and warned 15 - 30 minutes before Janna is ready for pickup and they were even able to accommodate me after ruining almost 30 minutes late to my appointment cause of my shocking memory.
Urban Tails Grooming – Very bad customer service, wait more than 2.5h and nobody contact me to inform the dog was ready. The grooming was standard, and no bath given, and full price paid. I do not recommend, and I will never come back.

Hi Erica, we bathe every single dog that comes into our salon thoroughly. It’s not a co-incidence that you are the only person that’s ever claimed that their dog 'wasn’t bathed'. In the entire time of our businesses operation. You brought your dog Charly in for a haircut, which includes a bath. It was completed. We actually have camera footage and photos of this.
You were extremely rude to our staff for no reason whatsoever from the minute you walked in . I am not sure if your regular groomer tolerates this behaviour. You claim our grooming was "standard" so you do not seem to have an issue with that. However your claim that Charly was not bathed is entirely false. We cannot clip a matted dog without a bath. Again every single dog is bathed thoroughly at our salon . The time that you waited was the time that it took to groom Charly. He is an old frail dog. He takes extra time to groom and we absolutely would not rush him. We do not rush dogs as that is how accidents happen. As for your "very bad customer service" statement. It seems you have an unrealistic expectation, as to how long it takes to groom an old frail matted dog, safely and to "standard". We aren't magicians unfortunately. The staff were kind and professional with you the entire time despite your rude behaviour. I also have a copy of the text message that was sent to you that informed you Charly had half an hour left to go to be picked up. It’s a shame I can’t post a photo of this in response. Or the photo of Charly in the bath tub and of his coat. Again, I have no idea where you find grounds for these claims. I have the evidence of everything.
In the future, speak to the business directly about any issues. We actually appreciate genuine feedback. Instead of writing a made up review that i have only come upon by chance. If you had then I would have very swiftly dealt with you and cleared up any issues that you may have “thought” you had immediately . Again none of this was mentioned at check out, payment, pick up or after the groom at any time . We can’t even attempt to fix something that didn’t even happen. The fact that you’ve done this is just supporting the fact that your claims are untrue and you don’t have a leg to stand on . It’s a shame that websites like this allow people like you a platform to stroke your ego because you are having a bad day.
