Hi everyone, thought I would let everyone know what kind of company they are dealing with before moving forward with their decisions. In response to Vaccaro's poor service where they tried to void my warranty. installed it). They came back to me two weeks later claiming that the MAIN OUTDOOR PCB was the issue and tried to charge us $2,000 for the part. I was curious about how they came to that conclusion because they didn't even test the right board. I got a second opinion and it turns out that it wasn't just the wrong part, they also lied about it being storm damage.

So I left a review on Google expressing my disappointment with the service and I've attached their response so that you can see it for yourselves. They tried to claim that they quoted for the right part and they've tried to avoid my question about how they figured out it was storm damage.

If you've gotten your air con installed by these guys, make sure you get a second opinion when they try to void your warranty. And don't just trust me! Read for yourselves, my complaint is consistent with other claims.

quote. Turn-around time was quick and on the day of installation (Murray, Dean and Adrian) helped us install our new ducted Aircon. All of them were professionally equipped, quick, clean and a perfect group to count on. After providing access to the property, we noticed they had a good grip of the quoted job and were very efficient and quick in what they did. Cleaned the premises thoroughly and ensured all the rubbish is taken care of. Extremely happy with the service provided and would surely recommend and would prefer Vaccaro Group for Aircon jobs. other Daikin-approved installers, of course, we engaged Vaccaro Group for supply and installation of their recommended system FDYAN100AV1 (10KW Cooling/13KW Heating) in Dec 2021, and Richard's installation team was very good - quick and efficient - finished the entire supply and installation works in half-day. Richard himself came the next day, inspected the system, and the system has been running smoothly since the completion of installation in Dec 2021. Absolutely horrified with the workmanship from this company – Built with Metricon back in 2018 (NEVER AGAIN) this company(VACCARO Group Pty Ltd) thought it would be ok to put holes throughout my home because they do not know how to read house plans. Switches fell off fans don't work and some lights weren't even connected! Stay away from both building company's is the best advise I can give you. Buyer BEWARE!

After sales service: try to rip off – They install ducted air con in mynewly huild house but i had to buy portable cooler as I can’t use the air condition because it is extremely cold. I called for service but they said 280 will be charged if no fault is found. Do not use their company as their after sales service is 0

Very poor quality – Not sure why Metricon engaged this compnay for ducted aircon installation. there is a water drainage problem and the earliest appointment I can get is 3 weeks. Besides, even a simple commissioning takes 2 weeks to book an appointment.

Excellent service! – Melinda is super helpful, she prepared a good layout of the downlights and power points. I just have to tweak it a bit. She is accommodating to my questions and makes a few suggestions on how we can save. The office and the staffs are welcoming. Exceeded expectations – If it is your first time building/doing an electrical appointment, then no need to be nervous before going in like I was.
