I purchased a replacement foot for our Dyson. It was a much better price than original. It arrived very promptly and packed so well. Fitted like a glove and is quieter than original foot. Very pleased with this product and company.

I purchased a lot of aftermarket parts for my PacVac backpack vacuum cleaner for my company. Delivery was quick and prompt and they have so many products. The products as well was better than the original vacuum head I received. Also purchased a single spring for my Dyson, which I was amazed I could even purchase so that was a bonus. Saved their website on my Fav list and will def be back in future. I have also told friends about this site.

Very happy with Vacuum Spares. Great range of products, reasonable prices and fast postage. The wheel on my Dyson Motorhead broke (still works thought, just doesn't glide along the floor as well) so I thought I would give this brand a go. Works exactly the same. Have bought a few more things since because they have other useful accessories to fit Dyson that Dyson themselves don't make. Will definitely use them again. Thanks

stand,] was easily dealt with - we removed the main tube from the power head, leaving the new suction head in place, leant it up against the stand, & plugged the power head in as usual for recharging. No bending down to retrieve the suction head. "When the back hurts, the brain works."

try my luck with another battery. I found this seller and read their reviews and ordered a new battery from them. 2 weeks later it's still going strong. The charge is actually lasting longer than the previous battery from eBay. So it's already a better battery.
I always buy from vacuum spares, they are great value for money and the products are great. Recently purchased another pullman vacuum, this time from vacuum spares and delivery was super quick. I usually buy vacuum bags and vacuum heads a lot due to owning 8 vacuums for my staff, something always needs replacing on 1 of them. I wont buy from anywhere else.

Rude unhelpful customer service by [Name Removed], never buy from vacuum spares again. My item is being returned to you due to Australia post not being able to identify the delivery address that was on the label. I paid for express post and want that refunded because it was supposed to arrive yesterday and didn’t.
I rarely write negative reviews and I don't want this review to reflect negatively on the company as a whole. My reason for writing is to make prospective purchasers aware that the Dyson compatible batteries only have a 6 month warranty. I was not aware of this myself when I purchased one. I had replaced my Dyson stick vac and wanted to use my older one as a small hand vac. When the original battery no longer held a good charge I decided it was worth the fifty odd dollars to get a new battery but not worth the full Dyson price so the compatible battery seemed to be a fair compromise. After this replacement it wasn't used very much but after about 8 months the battery started only running for a few minutes, then stopped running completely. I contacted the company who asked for a lot of photos and information which I supplied, only to then receive an email saying that their compatible batteries only have a 6 month warranty. They could have told me this before going to the trouble to send all the pics and info they requested. I have let them know that I think a 6 month warranty indicates a lack of confidence in the product. I was offered a 20% discount to purchase a new battery but I will not be taking this offer up.
I purchased a side brush for my Dreame D20 Pro Plus vacuum, now every time I use the vacuum, the brush comes off. It's as if the screw isn't long enough. I'm now waiting to hear back from the supplier!!!

reasonable amount of time so they must replace or repair the handle.Vacuum spares then tried to palm it off as it’s not their product and they can’t help but they will contact the manufacturer who eventually came back and said it was my fault and I must have dropped it or it’s been impacted or pressure applied somehow and have refused to replace or repair the faulty handle. I have only ever used the vacuum for its intended purpose so it’s ludicrous to accuse me of anything else to get out of replacing or repairing damaged products. I am now in the process of having to go through consumer affairs to get vacuum spares to replace or repair my vacuum hose and handle.
