stand,] was easily dealt with - we removed the main tube from the power head, leaving the new suction head in place, leant it up against the stand, & plugged the power head in as usual for recharging. No bending down to retrieve the suction head. "When the back hurts, the brain works."

try my luck with another battery. I found this seller and read their reviews and ordered a new battery from them. 2 weeks later it's still going strong. The charge is actually lasting longer than the previous battery from eBay. So it's already a better battery.
I always buy from vacuum spares, they are great value for money and the products are great. Recently purchased another pullman vacuum, this time from vacuum spares and delivery was super quick. I usually buy vacuum bags and vacuum heads a lot due to owning 8 vacuums for my staff, something always needs replacing on 1 of them. I wont buy from anywhere else.

for a third of the price of a genuine Dyson replacement powerhead, the third-party 'Hygieia'-branded knock-off seems to us to clean about as well as the genuine article. This head is also a little narrower than the really big original one, and unlike the Dyson powerhead, this one has a five-LED headlight array that really lights up the floor (and scares away the cats). It doesn't sound like much but those two factors make a big difference to our vacuuming experience. The narrower head is easier to manoeuvre and the light helps to spot rubbish and dirt on the floor. We're really happy with our shopping experience at Vacuum Spares, having already bought a filter and a Hygieia flat head from them, for our Dyson – we found the flat head to only be truly effective on our tiled flooring, which is why we also bought the Hygieia powerhead, which is doing a much better job on our carpets, similar to the factory unit, as already stated. Highly recommend Dyson stick vacuum owners shop here for third-party parts.
I bought the UpClean mini turbo head to fit on my Dyson & was sceptical that it would work as well as promised but the price made it worth trying out. It works a dream. fur from the fabric using a combination of the upholstery tool on the Dyson, a sticky point roll & a razor to shave off the persistent hair caught in the fabric.
Most times I don't bother, I just throw a blanket over the chair because it's easier to wash the blanket than take depilatory actions against the chair. The UpClean tool removed all the fur without using anything else. It did take me a few goes to work out I needed to use the bristles on the up strokes & the flat surface on the down stokes, & how to do it but once I did that it worked perfectly. I'm not sure if I was having one of those days but it did take me a little longer than it should have to work out how to remove the cover on the turbo head to clean the brushes. I'm not proud of that but as it's doubtful anyone reading this will know me my secret is safe enough.
The price of the tool was reasonable, over $100 saved compared to a branded Dyson tool, delivery was quick & the added (unboxed) adapter so the mini turbo had would fit a Dyson was further protected against damage during transit. My charcoal coloured office chair no longer lives in fear of my calico cat & her tortoiseshell troubadour. Thank you Vacuum Spares for your quick & easy service. I will definitely use you again.

Vacuumspares through email. They informed me that my order would have a 10-day wait time due to the out-of-stock item. I found it concerning that they didn't notify me about the stock issue until three days after I placed the order and prompted then to reply. The following week, on Tuesday, October 8th, I received an email stating that my order had been dispatched. I checked the Australia Post tracking number and found that it was standard freight with a delivery time of another week. I contacted Vacuumspares again by email to inquire about the express freight I had paid for. They responded that the $8.95 fee was for fast dispatch, not express post. This was confusing, as the website's "FAST SHIPPING 1-3 day dispatch" wording was misleading. Moreover, the $8.95 charge was listed under freight on my invoice/order confirmation. I emailed Vacuumspares on again to clarify that I hadn't received the promised fast dispatch service and should receive a refund. As it took nine days for the order to be dispatched and a total of 17 days from the time of the order to receive the item. They never acknowledge that I paid for a service I never received or offer to refund me the $8.95. I would not recommend purchasing from Vacuumspares due to their lack of stock, misleading information about freight, and poor customer service. I had to follow up multiple times to track my order.

very helpful phone call with Vacuum Spares I was advised of the right battery to order and then ordered to new heads for my old and new stick Dyson to use on the new carpet. Again everything arrived within a couple of days, carefully packaged and all work perfectly. I cannot fault the service of this company, their friendly help and service and pricing is superb. My old stick vacuum is like new, and my new stick one and my big ball one can all be used on my rather expensive new carpet. Absolutely worth the investment. Great company and great service.

The steel hose tube for our Miele vacuum cleaner arrived within the stated delivery time and is of surprisingly good quality. It fits perfectly and is less than half the price of a Miele original. I’m very impressed.
