When queried as to which specific condition was violated, they arrogantly refused to answer my query, and proceeded to "steal" almost $50 worth of completed surveys done by myself. When pushed further for information, they arrogantly refused to answer any of my queries. Therefore, do not bother wasting your time and efforts helping this organization, which seems to want to "welch" on their debts to members. If I could give zero stars, I would. An overall "shonky" company that wants you to do surveys for a pittance. There are more reputable survey firms out there, who care for their members and treat you considerately. Certainly NOT Valued Opinions.

Was member for over 2 years . Sometimes had high payouts . Then couldn’t log in 2 days ago . Also recently had a gift card payment . So now I’m suspended for doing nothing wrong . Don’t recommend. Site is bad to loyal users too . There are better survey sites out there .

survey u would get kicked out half way through ir they would freeze write at the very end si u cant finish them... do not waste ur time doing there surveys as u will lose ur rewards and wont get ur vouchers

I'm afraid Valued Opinions is no more - it seems to have disappeared without a trace about 2 weeks ago. I had about $100.00 of unreedemed award - now all gone. I've learn't a hard lesson, always redeem your survey rewards as soon as you can.

worth the time their is better survey companies out their,but not many.

some other surveys have very high screenouts also and almost a scam because these guys will still be making money from it,a lot more than they pay

Used valuedopinions for years without problem, now all of a sudden when I wanted to redeem for Chrimbo gifts my account is blocked. I have done nothing to contradict *any* terms or conditions, no reason was given, even when asked, these guys just straight up stole my $500 balance. Thieves!

Don't bother signing up, VO is useless. My account was hacked and I sent emails to VO to report it along with screenshots as evidence. The scammer had requested a change of email address and phone number which came to me. I only got an automated reply and no further help. I had 396 points but that will be spent now. VO is totally useless for customer service.

I have come back to Valued Opinions after a few months absence. I simply cannot log in, even though I changed my password correctly. Every time I send them auestions about how to log in again, they send me replies that seem to be AI generated - ie they do not reply to my specific query. I am aboutto give up.

This is a scam! After accruing the minimum $20 for completing surveys, they asked me for my ID and photo. After submitting, their webpage immediately kicked me out and the password I created with them didn't work, even after resetting password. I imagine I will be getting lots of scams related to them soon.

able to provide any evidence of this. In addition, I have about $15 in my account to which they have denied me access. Not only have I been unfairly and incorrectly accused of something that they cannot verify, but now they have refused to hand over monies that I have earned. I write this review as a cautionary tale to other people who use this survey site to beware.

I opened my account about a month ago, completed a few surveys and when I try to cash out my rewards I keep receiving an error message stating that my account is "under review" and I need to wait 72 hours. It's now been more than 2 weeks and I’m still unable to access my rewards or even get a response from customer service. Not going to do any more surveys till I get my rewards. Not happy with their service.

Breach privacy law – This survey site ask for upload your personal ID (driver licence or passport) and self photo of yourself through third party Verify to keep these information. Is it breach of privacy law?

Misleading to the extreme – Absolute rubbish. They don't tell you that you must have an Australian photo ID to redeem rewards. Being a permanent resident who doesn't drive left me with no acceptable ID. Their verification system, Veriff, don't tell you that either, they just close your account down with no warning. And that's just one experience with this site. Waste of my time

Valued Opinions are hopeless – Don’t waste your time with Valued Opinions. You spend a long time setting up preferences then their server quits 90% of the way through the surveys. You end up filling in surveys and don’t get paid a thing.

Unethical Behaviour – This site is hopeless I spent 25 minutes today Giving out my thoughts only to have them disconnect the site. This is dishonest and unethical in my opinion. I has now happened 4 times

World's biggest scammers – They are the scammers I have ever seen in my life. They took my photo and Id and they vanished into air. The moment I uploaded my details they changed my password and even after updating my password they blocked me to enter. All this is because I tried to redeem my points. Bunch of idiots looting people's time and effort.

Complete Waste of Time – I signed up and spent a few hours completing surveys. After this, I was asked to provide photo ID to verify my account or cancel and lose my rewards. If this is a requirement it should be asked before wasting hours of my time, because I don't want to provide my government ID to some unknown site. I'm sure I'm not the only one who doesn't want to provide ID and it feels to me like a way of getting out of paying rewards.

Cheats – I did their Surveys until I earned $50. I manged to claim $20.Then the emails ceased. And when I tried to login in, they demanded I use a Verification Process that did not work .When I contacted them they rold me I had to use the Verification process. Robbers!!!

Bamboozled – After accumulating $100 worth of Coles gift cards (5 x $20) they postpone your account until you provide your driver ID and a 'selfie' online. DO NOT waste your time. Unethical.

they had the audacity to tell me they had now suspended my account. After checking them out online I know I'm not the only member who is disgusted with them, there are so many people who have been taken for a ride and lost their earnings.

Somebody really needs to stop them from scamming any more people.

Once OK now Scammers – I've been with this company for a long time and have never come across this verification scam before today. Its discusting that they can do this to people, it's fraud! Will never do another survey for them...

Another none paying rip off survey site – I'd give them zero stars if it was an option. Saved up $30+ worth of points to cash out, completed the ID verification process, said successful, then next page they locked me out of my account. Sent emails with no reply. There are more trustworthy survey sites to use, who will pay out instantly, beware of this one.
