I have had numerous problems with my VANSAT satellite dish since it was installed 3 years ago. It wasn’t able to pick up any signal and kept showing error messages. Despite a few emails and phone calls to Richard I was unable to solve the problem. He didn’t reply to a couple of emails. I have since had it looked at by a local repairer - it was something to do with the skew position. I’m surprised that wasn’t suggested to me by Richard
Once again, Richard has delivered outstanding customer support. Sent an email Sunday morning that our satellite wasn't auto tuning. That afternoon, had a reply and fix. Richard hasn't let us down with both our systems, one on our motorhome and the other on our boat. 10 out of 10 for customer support. Kim Frederiks
Fantastic service – Sent email on Sunday hoping issue with screen lock would be addressed some time Monday .It was a very pleasant surprise to get a response and resolution a few minutes later

Vansat Bluestar – Been using their system for four years now. Works anywhere my husband and I travel. Hasn't let us down yet and once you get used to the different VAST regions you can understand what's on where. Great backup too from VANSAT..
