Viggo not at all happy – There are 3 of us that decided to try the Viggo , so I purchased 3 at once and then another one as a spare . All four of these have not lived up to standard . Having spent well over $1200 between us on these devices . We are more than dissatisfied. They do not last 300 hours as stated , you are forever having to put them on charge (we are not heavy smokers). The pods always arrive having leaked , and they continue to leak while in the device I believe this leaking is what causes the Viggo to not work after a very short time.

Perfect Vape, BUT – I have purchased the V-Pack II starter kit and overall it is satisfying. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a vape. I liked the taste of the Tobacco and Whole leaf tobacco. One cartomiser lasts more than a pack of 20s cigarettes which is excellent. Everything in this vape is awesome from its stylish look to the quality of the product. It’s actually helping me to quit after about 20 years of smoking. The customer service was helpful too.

I gave then 4 stars because there are just some minor things to be improved :

1- Although the batteries are less than a week old, I'm using 3 batteries to finish one cartomiser which is not what I have expected from the ad.

2- Shipping is also can be improved as it supposed to get delivered within 3-5 business days but I’ve been waiting 9 days to receive it.

3- Cartomisers' flavor could have been labeled on their aluminum container not just on their package. Everyone usually just throws the package away, so it is hard to know which flavor is which one afterward.

Other than that, the product itself is amazingly excellent.

Customer service a credit to their industry! – I have bought numerous items from VE, the only time I did have a small problem, a coil which was faulty, only ONE out of the 90+ coils I have purchased over 2 years, I emailed them to let them know and before I knew it they had express couriered replacements straight to my front door within two days I had the replacement. Wonderful wonderful company, helped me quit smoking after 20+ years heavy smoking, and within a week I had quit using there products. There vaping products are the highest quality and looks are second to none. Yes there a little dearer, but do you whinge about the price if your buying a Rolls Royce? Australian company, beautiful looking products, great quality and customer service a Mercedes dealership would envy.

Fast Delivery. Quality Product – I ordered this on a Sunday and received it in Melbourne, Australia the following Thursday. Easy to assemble. Long lasting charge with easy to read charge meter hidden on package. Enjoyable flavours. I would purchase this product again. Only thing I would improve is making the pushdown feature to open the charger/packet more reliable and easier. Otherwise, I love it.

A wonderful way to stop smoking – Wow, I simply could not be more impressed. The quality of the hardware is outstanding, the delivery time was blindingly quick at 3 days from London to Australia, the unit feels solid and really well made, it looks fantastic, the draw is realistic, and the flavor is right on point. As a guy who has been smoking for the better part of 35 years, I really feel like this is the beginning of the first time in my life when I'll actually be able to give up cigarettes for good.

I simply couldn't be happier. Really and truly wonderful.
