I lost $91 as they didn't add my delivery instructions to parcel and parcel was left out and stolen...customer service couldn't care less admitted NO fault despite Aus post confirming instructions weren't added to parcel..they blamed aus post and ignored my emails asking for refund or action to be taken..just… Read more
