Buggy site, no customer service, at least they didn't fight the chargeback – Buggy system kept giving me errors so I gave in ordering. Later on 3 orders arrive in my email, but customer care does not care and ignored me when I question them about it. I started a credit card charge back and 2 weeks later after it cleared my money was returned. Somehow in that time they claim that one of these orders shipped, but it has been sat in international transit now for 50 days, I'm doubting that it really exists.

No problem – Received goods as ordered within 30 days. Very cheap price, less than a quarter of anywhere else. Responded to an email quickly. Very happy no complaints.

Postal issues are due to postal services used and in my experience dealing with the company, they have done their best to give an accurate timeframe based on what these postal services claim their timeframes are. Honestly, try the appletini vape juice. It's the best I've ever had... (Personal preference)

Solid service. Long delivery. US based – Besides the obvious long delivery time (US to Aus), no issues. Took about 20 days~ to arrive. Modified order without notice – Modified my order without notice. Contacted customer serivce and they reply the item I ordered no longer available that they shipped something else instead without notice. Btw, extremely long ship time. More than 3 weeks from order placed to the forwarder collect item.

Their support told me it will be upwards of 45 Days for delivery to Oz, and that my order might even be blocked by Australian Customs, and it basically its not their problem.

I Cannot get a refund, I cannot cancel the order, and I cannot speak to anyone, no recourse whatsoever. They don’t care as they are US based, no recourse from Australia as we're outside their jurisdiction.

Absolute scammers pretending to be an Australian site – Purchase product weeks ago, no sign of any movement on tracking, hasn't even been picked up yet. 24hour customer service hotline is on a constant voicemail 24 hrs a day. Poor customer services and responses when questioned about my order. Told to wait 45 days before I lodge a complaint even though they advertise 5 to 10 day express shipping. Avoid this scam company at all cost, they will just steal your money and treat you like a fool.

Worst company! – I have contacted them with no reply 4 days later, even though they say they reply within 24hrs and have 24/7 customer service. Called during business hours EST only for it to say I called outside the EST hours and to call back when open WTH I have 3 times. Don't use this company!

Shipping via Sloth, Manatee and Koala – US based company who have decided to send their packages via Sloths. They travel night and day until they reach the water, where your shipment is then handed over to a Manatee who swims to the Australian coastline. Once in Australia, your shipment is handed over to a Koala junky named Kazza who trades it for a bunch of needles and some eucalyptus flavoured e-liquid. The items you ordered are never seen again.

Misleading (or rather, false) shipping times – As others have posted, this is a US based company that will make you wait an extremely long time for delivery. It has been over 20 days and I'm yet to receive my order. It took 15 days to leave the country according to the tracking details. There is zero chance of them delivering your order in 5-7 business days, as stated on their website.

False advertising and beyond horrible delays – Vaporfi advertise on their site that they ship next day, that they don’t want you to have to wait and they have fast delivery. sits for a minimum of two weeks, usually longer, before it even gets shipped. I have not once seen them ship next business day or anything even close to it. Send them a support email and you get no response. If I can ever find the same product I will never order here again. I have ordered other products from their competitors - also outside Australia - who have free courier shipping and I have it in my hands two days after ordering.

Seriously avoid ever ordering from here. They may have good products but unless you are prepared to wait an eternity for your purchase to ever leave their facility, you are better off finding somewhere else that understands that customers expect their purchases to be sent soon after purchase and don’t sit gathering dust waiting for someone to be bothered shipping them. Bottles explode very long shipping – Bottles explode the top off whilst trying too refil, wasted one whole bottle on this, let alone the shipping took approx 28days I wrote too them about this, been over 3months and I'm still ignored with no response too this day

I've ordered twice and can't cancel – Ordered but in minutes I asked for a cancel or return. They said no. Twice I feel used I accidentally bought 2 orders instead of one! No third time.

Refused to refund me – I ordered a device and e liquid, after a month long wait I refused delivery, so it would go back to Vapor Fi for my refund. However Vapor Fi won't refund the e liquid and refuse to respond when I contact the company.
