Don’t bother – I’ve been buying from vapoureyes NZ for years. I’ll never order again. This company has either changed hands or they just don’t care anymore. I remember back in the day they would answer emails and respond quickly. The customer service is appalling now and they do not reply to any emails at all. but in the last year this has not been the case orders are taking a month, some just over a month and in that time I was forced to purchase elsewhere as I had run out. I always order approximately a fortnight before I know I’m running out to make sure I have juice or nicotine for mixing and every time time I’ve been caught out by this place and left high and dry. If it has changed hands then the people running it are acting like a foreign cheap run businesses and I’m not into that especially when it comes to vaping. Never again. 3 times and you’re out.

again today as I still haven’t received my parcel. Was advised there was nothing they could do and to wait for it. I’ll update here in 2025 or 2026 if I remember.

Fast shipping, great service – I placed an order for a pod vape and 60ml juice, it took 3 days to arrive from NZ. They chucked in a free 100ml vape juice which is delicious and super kind, I was very happy and pleasantly surprised when I opened my package. Highly highly recommend! Lost customer – Uses NZ post when you pay for toll, they let your order sit if you ordered something out of stock even though the website stated it’s in stock and they don’t contact you, no communication unless threatened for a refund. I contacted them and they’re blaming parcel delays on Aust Post and instead of re-sending my stuff I’m getting unhelpful email replies (no phone number) and just being told to be patient… WTH?? A MONTH!!! The story about Australia Post isn’t true as I’ve received 3 other parcels from NZ in the last week and Aust Post have said there’s no delays… Either they’re lost in transit or VE hasn’t sent it. Customer service has been really bad. Where are my parcels!! Really peed off about this. Giving 1 star because they have good value bundles and a good variety of liquids but those things are of no use if they never show up…

Depends on location – Products are good. Have never had problems with vapoureyes.au. Shipping is fast. Real fast. Wish I could say the same for vapoureyes.nz. Even express Toll delivery takes forever. And not Tolls fault. Blame lies solely on vapoureyes. Ordered from mixology and vapoureyes.nz on same day. tomorrow and the vapoureyes order has not even been picked up from vapoureyes yet. Ordered a few times to give benefit of the doubt but consistency tells me it’s just poor effort. Will be sticking to mixology or mixwizard from now on *Update: So 8 days after purchasing from vapoureyes.nz and paying the $18 for express Toll delivery they have finally sent it out for delivery. bought extra products as part of an advertised deal. They said the deal wasn't valid even though he proved it with a screenshot, and when he complained, they blocked him and stole his money. He can't afford to sue them. I registered with them and sent them hundreds of dollars more than 24 hours ago with ZERO correspondence. I used their submission to ask what's going on over 12 hours ago. No response.

Express post now takes over 2 weeks and still not arrived – Do not order with Toll priority as you will never receive the item. Since vapoureyes changed DHL to Toll, all my orders took a week to receive instead of 2 days but now it's over 2 weeks. Show details

Shipping Terrible – I’ve been buying from VE for over 5 years. Shipping has become outrageous. Express shipping takes almost as long as normal shipping now and at double the price. VE use to be competitive in the market, but not anymore. High prices coupled with poor delivery service has made me go elsewhere now. Show details

These days they don't get your express order out of the warehouse for at least 2-3 days when it was previously shipped next day adding several unnecessary days to the shipping time. shipping MINIMUM when it was previously arriving the next day in some cases.

It would be nice to blame this on Australia Post but haven't seen any similar delays from other NZ stores with express shipping leading me to believe Vapoureyes is just slow. Coupled with the fact that you can clearly see they book the shipping labels in in but delay days on actually posting it.

It was nicer when the business was smaller and they seemed to care more about their customers. It is sad to say but I no longer wish to rely on Vapoureyes.

My last order received two days ago and had a missing product so I emailed and received a response straight away, then a tracking and order number for replacement. The missing item arrived today. Lazy Liars – I've never had an issue with the NZ store but the Australian store is terrible sometimes. with the wrong juices in the post. The fact they made me believe that the order was being fixed and would be correct before sending it makes it even more annoying to have wasted my time and be lied to. I used to work in product fulfilment in a warehouse and know that this would have been easy to change but instead they just lied to me and pretended to change it. Don't expect good customer service from these guys.

Unreasonable return policy – Taha would not provide me a refund on a product because it was not returned within the 30 days of purchase. My package arrived late (it took 26 days to receive my order), how on earth was I meant to return it back to NZ from Perth within the 30 days policy. Very unreasonable.

Dubious business practices – - Demands Photo ID to prove payment is not "fraudulent", despite having all details on file including bank receipt, name, address etc. Note - this is not age, but payment "verification". - Bungled up the refund (short changed), and on top of this I'm slugged with a non-refundable International transaction fee. Cannot comment on their products since I had to cancel my first and last order with VE NZ.

Extremely Disappointing shipping experience – I would urge everyone reading this review to please use another store/ website for ordering all your vaping gear. The customer support at Vapoureyes Willy ale you for a ride. Expect standard shipping even if you pay for Express DHL shipping. The customer support would stop responding if you call them out on their lies.

have never ordered liquid that is literally unusable before; it burns your throat, tastes horrible, and honestly makes me worry that the "mixed date" on their labels are simply not genuine.

The support team at this company will hang you out to dry and completely stonewall your claim that they have sent you a faulty product. No option for any form of compensation even though they literally discontinued the line of liquid that I ordered not even a week, which gives credence to my claim that they were trying to offload old liquid, or liquid with extremely low quality ingredients.
