Vax 18V Gator Pet VX35

Surprisingly good – Thought this vacuum was going to be cheap and nasty however was surprisingly good at sucking up mess. Great suction ability. The big plastic front part does make it awkward to clean tight spaces. Ideal for very small areas. Had a good battery lifespan which meant not having to charge it as often.

Excellent for the price! Lightweight and works well – Bought to clean a 1br apartment with tiles and one carpeted room. Works very well; has strong suction and picks stuff up easily. Built in crevice tool is very handy and the powerhead attachment works great on carpets. Also light and simple to use and very easy to empty. Very pleased and def the best vac I've owned.

Power head attachment – First go at attaching and removing the power head as per instructions and the small plastic lock-in latch on the power head snapped off. Phoned 1300 number and told to take to local service agent for repair, I'll let you know how that goes. I have 2 dogs and the gator struggles to pick up the hair without the power head, King Charles cavs

The hand held Gator – Purchaaed to actually clean vehicle , does a pretty ordinary clean. The sucking power of the Gator is quiet sufficient, and is fairly lightweight to use over a period of 4_5 minute intervals. ( when doing a vehicle ). I also purchased this unit over a cheaper Red Devil thinking that paying nearly 50 dollars more as it has higher viltage therefore more cleaning efficiency.
