It's a delicious addition to many savoury dishes, including as a substitute for mince in pies or in spaghetti, Also great fried in slides, with some tomato sauce or gravy. It crumbles with some heavy mashing or stirring into a dish, but mostly keeps its shape, so I often cube or slice it to add to a variety of dishes.
