Communication throughout the process was appalling, with constant delays and no clear updates.

After waiting almost three weeks, the panels finally arrived—on a weekend, without notice. They were not even packed properly and arrived visibly damaged. Driver was shocked the company did not pack the panels in anyway, and dropped the palet onto the truck. I initially refused delivery, but the driver refused to return them to Sydney and forced me to take the panels, telling me I’d have to deal with the company myself.

The whole process has been frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I now have damaged panels I never agreed to accept and am left demanding a full refund and removal. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
