Personal Injury and Conveyancing assistance – Vertex Legal have assisted me with several matters including a motor vehicle accident and settlement of a property. In both instances I found the whole team to be friendly, responsive and all round great to deal with.

STAY AWAY, they are totally unprofessional! – We had the worst possible experience with these solicitors. Had them recommended to us and used for selling/buying house. It was a complete nightmare right from a beginning to a very end. Starting with them misspelling our names and address on a legal documents, following with no support or advice through the sale and finishing with LOSING our cheque. Never again! STAY AWAY!!

House Settlement – Probably one of the worst unprofessional firms I have worked with, were not very transparent, failed to communicate clearly, made me run around last minute on their mistakes. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Wills – When I first contacted Vertex Legal Group all staff were professional and knowledgeable as I had no idea where to start with a will. Unprofessional – A basic Will was too difficult for this firm (even at Draft stage). When contacted over incorrect details and their demand for payment on unfinished service, it resulted in aggression. Very unprofessional.
