Terrible product and terrible customer service – I bought a handrail specifically designed and manufactured for use with a spa and within 12 months it was rusted all over, becoming unsafe and an eyesore. Due to extended illness I contacted the company regarding this problem after 12 months had passed and they refused to acknowledge that this wasn't right, or do anything to help me as the warranty had expired. I am very disappointed in this product and this company and would not recommend that anyone purchases anything from them.

Purchased in at Vevor for $133.

I purchased two handrail units about 16 months ago. One stainless one black – Initially both arrived on time price was good and both appeared to be well made. 16 months on the black unit is going Ok, but, the stainless unit welds failed and the unit collapsed. Fortunately no one was using it at the time to lean on so no injuries. I happened to slightly bump into on the top verandah end while moving a planter. The post base welds failed so I reported the failure. The answer I received was it was out of warrantee, which I knew as I was reporting the issue. Today I dismantle it and found that a number of welds were poorly executed and had also failed but weren't completely broken just hanging on a wing and a prayer. One would reasonably expect that the welds would be inspected during manufacture as a handrail is a safety item for the user. We would call those welds chicken crap welds in industry and the item would have been rejected as a hazardous item. I would not recommend this company for handrail purchases.

Purchased in at Vevor for $150.

Handrail Quality and Safety Issue – The welding joints to mounting plates were faulty to both handrails. This resulted in the plates breaking away from main frame with only slight pressure. The weld was very thin and appeared to be on the surface only and not correctly bonding. Added to this was surface rust on the inside of the tubing which may have contributed to the issue. Given that both rails failed, this may be a quality and safety issue for the entire batch and should be investigated. Not recommended. Despite this issue, the services department was quick to respond and offered a full refund.
