Very happy with their speedy professional service. They checked the viability of the battery which turned out to be at the end of it's life. So new battery installed and we were good to go!

Terrible Doug from frankston – Awful service. Instead of jump starting your car as part of Toyota road side assist, Doug wanted to sell you a battery at rip off price of 450. Avoid at all cost.

Faulty battery ... Under Warranty – I had a battery that after several months and COVID no driving would not fire up my 4WD. Technician came out and suggested recharging which I did but the problem didn't go away. Excellent response considering the battery was almost out of warranty. I thought I would have to pay a pro rata $$ but nothing extra and the service tech was excellent in solving the problem.

The service guy, Mark was great. Not only arrived on the offered time, but he had the right battery and replaced mine in a good time. Great service.

Seriously lacking customer service – Don’t waste your time. They wasted mine. Booked a specific time. 9.30 am on the day before in the afternoon. No one showed up. Late and will not update you - Honest Factual Review – Booked them because most reviews found online are good but I personally had a very bad experience with them. if I would like to reschedule some other time, I requested to reschedule 4pm and was reassured that there will be no delays and that it will be on time. At 4pm I ring them and was told that their guy is still working another job and promised that it will be 5pm on the dot! (does not even ask if the new time they are providing is suitable for me). I asked if there will be any delays, cuts me off mid sentence and tells me ‘our guy will call you‘ then ends conversation. 430pm I get a phone call from the technician saying that he is on the way. 445pm he arrives, is courteous and does a quick good job.

I rate the technician 5 stars. Customer support on the phone is ZERO. Would really be helpful if they can provide a simple update when they are running late (30 mins or more?) and not leave customers hanging, wondering if someone is coming or not. Highly suggest also that they provide realistic time frames for customers. I would recommend their service if you are not in a rush and not stuck anywhere outside your house. However, if it is an emergency or need someone more reliable, CALL SOMEONE ELSE.

Dont get your battery from these people. I have just complained to GIO Roadside Assist about them! – After five years (car brought new) with the same battery in my car, I finally had to replace the battery in December last year (2017). the 'car had not been driven' for a month. The car was not driven for a month (sometimes for more than a month) when I had the original battery for five years and it started every time! Apparently the warranty is voided if the car hasnt been driven!! I never received an invoice or warranty notification from them! When I asked them, "so if I get a new battery today and then dont drive the car for month does that mean I'll need a new battery every time the car isnt driven!!! Something wrong here and Subaru and GIO assist agree!!! Call another company!!

Complete Satisfaction – The new Marshall of this era. The professionalism of the Tech I cannot praise enough. He had excellent knowledge, was very thorough and completely checked all was working. (*Great bloke as well) The competitive price for the battery alone is worth buying let alone it gets delivered and FITTED for a few extra bucks makes it impossible not to purchase. And yes, same day service.

Affordable, reliable and quick response – RACV attempted to charge me over $295 for the battery and around $100 for the call out, WITH an RACV membership. This was going to be a 1 hour wait. Victorian Battery Company charged me $260 for the same battery, with call out and installation cost included, it took them approximately 30 minutes to show up and the worker was super friendly and very efficient.

Good work – I found the initial phone contact knowledgable and helpful. The mobile service was on time and the work was professionally executed in inclement weather. I will keep their card for future use.

Beyond expectations – Purchased a battery of their website at 1pm, the technician was knocking on my door at 2:30pm same day. They deliver the batteries using their own fully equipped service van driven by a qualified technician. Very competitive prices, outstanding service, great personnel and equipment presentation.

What an amazing service! – I am extremely impressed with this company, the service was amazing. Jordan helped us so much not just by installing the batteries and giving us the right price, very honest, hard working, responsible...He even went the extra mile fixing our tyre, putting air without extra charge! A great service – We just had to replace a battery that was finally killed by lack of driving due to COVID 19 restrictions. When I called I was expecting to wait days for the service but my call was answered immediately and within the hour (seriously) I had a new battery that was cheaper than quoted elsewhere . Great prompt service – Stuck with a dead battery and limited time. Roadside assist was going to take an hour so called Victorian battery company. 45 mins new battery and very easy going professional fitter. Such a relief to be sorted quickly and at reasonable cost.

Excellent work! – Just my luck, after a long day at work, my battery died in Tullamarine. Victorian Battery Company was out within 15 minutes of my call. They had the right battery, had no problems fitting and had great, friendly service, plus the price was a lot lower than I've been quoted anywhere else. They don't just do automotive batteries – Our house alarm was beeping and sporadically going off, worked out it was the backup battery. Called Victorian Battery Company they were out within the hour and installed the new battery too!!! Awesome customer service and amazing efficiency.

Complete Liars – Was told they would be out in the hour. They then called back and lied about the traffic being a issue. Then 2 hours later advised that they would be there a hour later. 3 hours later they arrive. Product was installed incorrectly.

Fantastic Service! Great advice! – Service in replacing my battery was fast, prompt, friendly and lowest price. When I had a fault starting my car a few months later I spoke to them and they correctly identified that it was not the battery but the fuel pump. I was provided with simple instructions over the phone how to rectify the problem. Saved me the cost of a call out fee. Thank you so much for great service.

Misleading and shoddy customer service – Quoted $178 when mech was on site on 04th Aug and next thing you know the price has gone up to $205 and when asked to keep my own old battery mech started getting aggressive and threatened to charge $10 more which raises suspicion. Also battery not installed to satisfaction as original audio system stopped working. Not willing to abide by warranty and hung up on me.

Fast Service on a Sunday – Prompt service last Sunday when my car would not start. Michael called ahead to advise me of his ETA. This was perfect. Once he arrived, he made a quick assessment, arrived at the conclusion that the original ten year old battery was in fact needing replacement. This was all completed professionally and courteously.
