Doesn't last – When I first bought the mop I loved the flat wide mop head but now I have to hand push and shove the mop into the spinner otherwise it does not spin evenly. I am ready to shuck it out. Can't even use the bucket for anything else which is a pity because it is a sturdy bucket.

Not fit for purpose – The flat mop system works well, but I bought the bucket with it so that I could dry the mop head out. Well you can push the pedal as much as you like, and the mop only dries out at the edges, leaving you with a wet area and dry area that left massive streaks on my floor. I returned it to Big W the day are after I bought it and got a full refund.

Excellent time saver – I'd been using a traditional mop for cleaning our tiled areas. I was not happy with it's ability to get into the corners. A commercial cleaner recommend this mop system to me. Along with this mop you need the Premium 5 bucket. The mop comes with a dry sweeping pad, and the wet cleaning pad. Dry sweeping pad. Designed for sweeping floors. I haven't used it for the floor as I already have a broom I am happy with, and thought best to keep this ultra clean for dusting. I have used it for dusting the walls and ceiling, wow I can get through the entire house extremely fast. A job I'd initially been putting off for a couple of years was done in about an hour. With the flexible head you can even get into the tight spots like behind the tv etc.

Wet cleaning pad. I use this for 2 jobs, cleaning walls and the tiled floor. With the swivel head you can get right up to the corners using the rolled over section along the long sides, and get where a traditional mop can't. With the wide head it also saves about 50% of the time to get around the house. You would never use a normal mop to clean walls, but this thing does an awesome job of it in no time at all.

Best of all, just drop the pads in the washing machine and you have super clean ones ready for next time. I will never buy a traditional mop again.
