Security has been professional, reliable, and incredibly helpful every time I’ve used them. I have been with V.I.P FOR 20 YEARS , EXCELLENT ! – Zoltan and his staff form an excellent team with best service to my business John had turned up from Springvale on a Saturday to repair and fix my security recorder and was here a day before as well very dedicated to his job . Zoltan always responding to his phone calls for emergencies and prompt with his service . we appreciate the team work and competitive prices

Fabulous Service – Zoltan was a delight to deal with. Provided a clear definition of the system and a prompt quote - the installers (John/Tom) did a fantastic job - explained all the functions and were able to connect the Bosch RSC app via my wifi extender - keep up the great work :)

Pay but don't get the service – Bought the system and paid for extra by cash, didn't know that the employee would steal the money and manager blamed me. Real bad service and they lost 4 different jobs from me.

Terrible Customer Service – VIP installed CCTV cameras at my home. Initially I was pleased, the HIK System cameras are great, the tech Jeremy professional and kind. Over the years I sent clients, thinking well of them. Sadly when I needed customer service - Zolton, the owner, could not have been ruder or more unprofessional. wasn't working. I rang and Zoltan told me he was focusing on bigger clients, developers/commercial and I'd have to wait 3 weeks for a tech, and wouldn't even have someone call to see if I could fix over the phone. Thankfully I found someone else to assist. Do not use VIP unless of course you're a big deal client and/or happy to wait 3 weeks for a tech to attend. Clearly Zoltan doesn't care about individual home owners. VIP security and alarms made me feel unsafe and unimportant.
