Absoultely the worst site/ customer service – Applied to get visa online after recommendation from flight centre to use visa direct. You will need to ensure you have recent photo no more than 2mb for both passport and identiy. If you dont and (they dont mention this on their website)you will probably need to reload page after taking photos lose all the info from where you left off and have to start again and in the meantime they have already charged you for your first application when you reload to start again you incur another charge be warned have everything ready!!

They ask numerous times the same questions around and around you go we eveventually got our second charge back after waiting on the phone for 30 minutes +
