Iguanasell Madrid

Currently having a terrible experience with Iguanasell and Zeppelin. I ordered two Zeppelin watches at the end of December that showed as "in stock" on Iguana's website, only to find out that they were going to be manufactured AFTER my order. If I see something in stock, I expect the product already exists, and to be shipped within a couple of days. Anyway, I had to reset my expectations on when I would actually receive the watches. Good thing I wasn't buying a gift for a birthday or something.
On Feb 17, they sent me an email saying that they are going to receive the watches from the manufacturer that week and then ship them to me. But three days later, got another email saying my watch didn't pass quality control and it has to be manufactured again. No estimated time of delivery was provided.
I replied asking if we could push Zeppelin to provide an estimated delivery, and what was going on with the second watch I purchased as they only mentioned one watch in their email. I took the opportunity to tell them how disappointed I was, and that they should be more transparent about how they operate (listing stuff as in stock when it's not, listing an AU phone number but having no one actually based here etc.). Two weeks later, and they haven't replied to my email. My money has been in their bank account for a long time though. If you want to spare yourself some stress, avoid Iguana Sell.
Follow-up · The company contacted me after my original review on March 5, offering a refund, which I accepted. It's April 14, and after a few email exchanges, I still don't have my money, with no response to my last follow-up email. At least the customer experience is consistent with them: it's terrible from end-to-end.
Delivery from Spain – Disappointed to find that the item I ordered had to come from Spain. I wanted the item for a birthday gift. Thought I was buying from a company that had a presence in Australia and the item would arrive in a few days, not weeks. The Australian phone number is only a message.
From exemplary service five years ago to no service in December 2020 – I ordered a watch from this company last week as they were showing three in stock of the particular model. The order was confirmed, payment was taken and they said the order was being processed. Suddenly and once they had taken the money, they advised a delay in shipping but were to keep me updated. I have heard nothing since, despite contacting them four times in writing over as many days. I could not reach them by phone either.
Dec. 17th update: I eventually heard back today to be advised that my order has been collected by the courier company. Keeping customers informed in a timely manner, even if there is a delay, is better than ignoring customers altogether.
