Shocking experience. Purchased boxes then was told they were out of stock. Had 2-3 delivery day promises made which weren't delivered. Only got part of the purchased fulfiled and was told they couldn't refund to the card I'd used but i needed to provide bank details. I'm still waiting for the refund after multiple requests.
Very late and no communication. Terrible supply option for a small business – They were 2 weeks late on delivery and no one frmo the company contacted me, I chased several times and did not hear from them until the day they were sent out for delivery (already 11 days later than they were meant to be delivered).
Unprofessional and incompetent – Do not use Visy. I used them for over 25 years and constantly had to chase them to collect the waste. preparing to relocate and asked for the waste cardboard bin to be removed as we were only clearing general waste until we had completed the move. Visy simply cancelled all services citing that they only supply combined collections for general waste and cardboard recycling or not at all. Full stop. No further discussion . No further communications. Visy, we are doubling our volume and therefore waste! We WIILL find another provider but this is the most unprofessional and incompetent service (I mean NON service) provider I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Never again.
Very disappointing experience – If I could give zero stars I would have Visy doesn't care about workers if your a casual, they will throw you under the bus as soon as looking at you .getting verbally abused by forklift driver for 20 minutes all caught on doc camera and then get sacked at the end of the day. When asked if they viewed the footage they said no. Don't work for Visy unless you want to be just a number to them

advised that the item was 'out of stock'. So why is it available online to order if its out of stock and when not advise the customer that we cannot process the order on the nominated day? Where is your customer communication? Don't you care about your customers? About keeping your customers? About apologising to your customers? For such a big company, your communication is just disgusting!
CANCELLATION FEE, BEWARE !!!! – we have been out of contract for over a year with visy for cardboard collection. when it was time to move on they slugged us with a cancellation fee off $133 even though our account was out of service. stay away.
An absolute joke - avoid these guys – My business spent 3 years with VISY, and found their service to be competent. However, when we moved premises, it took 6 weeks for our bin to be re-delivered (despite assurances it would take 1 week). cancel our service. We were told we would have to pay a termination fee of $1100 for this - even though our agreement only had 18 months to run, at $27/month ($486 total). Laughable, and I can't see how this isn't potentially criminal?
Don't use VISY – Spent 4 months trying to organise a bin for my business. After being sent a contract to sign I waited 3 weeks for the arrival of my bin. After no delivery I contacted them to which they told me I was unable to have a bin in my area (Sunshine Coast) Customer service is incompetent, thanks for wasting my time.
Terrible customer service and packaging – The items I had ordered were cut incorrectly causing the dividers to not sit snug in the box to fit the product. After months of back and forth with photos and videos showing the issue [Name Removed] from Visy said that they would not refund me for the error they made. Extremely disappointed that a box manufacturer can’t get the design of a box correct.
unfair contract – same thing happened to me!!!! please do not enter in any contract with Visy. you will never exit and if you do they will charge you. Do not enter in a contract with them
Very Poor Service – We've have used this company and the service is appalling. Visy always misses to service our bin. Every time you ring up and enquire about the status of the collection, they will make up all excuses like problems with their online, web booking to all sorts of alibis
Very dishonest company – I have used this company for many years from cardboard recycling, I recently asked to cancel my service which is out of contract and was told there was a $75 collection fee. They then emailed again a few days later saying they beleive it is still under contract for 12 months and the cancellation fee would be $531.85. I had changed my business name… Read more
and email address 2 years prior and they tell me this constitutes a new agreement but the service had been there for well over 5 years. My monthly fee was $6.6 so if I was to pay out the 12 months it would cost $79.2 so I am not sure how they come up with the fee of $531.85, I am on the phone to them now and they tell me I need to wait 15 working days for someone to call back. Worst company to deal with.
very poor service – placed an order over a month ago boxes were supposed to be delivered to the local store to pickup which never happened then they said they would deliver because of the stuff around that was over 2 weeks ago i asked for a refund a week ago and they said they cannot refund the money to the card used!!
Scammers and cheats – One of your company trucks which was speeding kicked up a rock on the M5 today 19/11/18 at 10:55am and smashed our windscreen. saying that it was just a basic accident and that Visy’s insurers won’t cover it. How is this not your company’s fault! We are now going to be out of pocket hundreds of dollars getting our windscreen fixed due to your incompetent driver.
Terrible do not use – We have had custom cartons manufactured and printed for several years. The quality varied all the time The last batch they did not glue them properly. That was the last chance with them

Really bad communication skills – These guys have no idea what they're doing, steer clear and take your business to a smaller company that actually tries to help. I have called the about 6 times to sort something out and no-one could help. They say they'll call back and no-one ever does.
They are absolutely awful – Extremely unreliable, terrible communication between the various departments. Do not use them as you will regret it. They have messed up almost every bin pick up and delivery. Absolutely awful.
Incompetent - do not use – Terrible company! They have not collected our recycling bin for months now. All we get told is 'tomorrow' 'tomorrow' 'tomorrow' and meanwhile the bin is overflowing. incompetent. Meanwhile their contracts have an automatic roll-over clause and now we are locked in for another 2 years for a service we aren't receiving. DO NOT USE THEM.
Worst company – Unreliable and continuously late. Worst customer service. Spent so must time calling them. This is a company that relies on another company to do their job and that company can't be bothered. Stay clear and don't be conned by the competitive rate, it's because they don't do anything.
