Vital Strata Management

Unfortunately extremely frustrating to get some maintenance issues attended to, particularly when related to water ingress risk. After numerous emails and providing photographic evidence I finally gave up. Very disappointing.

Happy we made the switch – After unsatisfactory service from our previous Strata Manager, our SP engaged Vital. Our contract only commenced in December 2023, but so far so good. Our assigned strata manager, Elisa is helpful, knowledgable and courteous. May the good service continue!

A positive experience – Recently I have had a couple of issues with my strata property and have been very impressed with the way Elisa Szittner our strata manager has handled them. She has always been available, has a very friendly manner and has attended to my requests promptly and with professional efficiency.

Awesome Team – Vital Strata are great team! We have always had great dealings with them and they offer great support and advice. Elisa is a great addition to the team, she is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Terrible strata managers – These people took $4,604.50 from us in schedule B fees for the last month we had them and they won't tell us what it was for. Is this theft? They used more than $100k of Owners money on lot owned work. Two years later we are still trying to get the OC money back. Worst strata management company in my opinion

Doggy service! – Poor service, dishonest, rude and unprofessional! They think they are the boss of the residents they "manage", they think they can do anything they want. The worst strata manager I ever worked with!

Horrible customer service – This Strata Company has no idea what Customer Service is. They are incapable of communication with residents of blocks under their management. They act like the warden of a prison block. Worst Strata Company I have ever worked with.

Best Strata Company on the Northern Beaches – I find Brad and his team at Vital Strata management have great knowledge and understanding about the industry. They are really professional and really make strata so simple. I am so glad that we have chosen Vital Strata Management as our strata managers. Thanks again Brad and Mark, 5 stars from me!!
