What should’ve taken 2-3 days, took over 2 weeks for the item to be delivered. By that point, my event had already finished. I HIGHLY suggest paying the extra $20 by using their competitors

We had our event this Saturday. On their website, they claim a 24-hour production time, which turned out to be false. Their staff assured us that our order would be ready for pickup by Friday afternoon. We explained that the order had been confirmed for pickup, and we had called them three times that morning to double-check. Each time, we were told the order was ready for collection.

As a result, we had to proceed with our event without any branding, causing a major setback. We paid $5,800 for event staff, yet were left with dirty tablecloths, missing pull-up banners, and false information from their support team, all of which are documented.

Due to this poor service experience, I am requesting to cancel my reseller plan immediately. I have also informed other clients to share their experiences publicly.

bait-and-switch tactic.

Delivery timelines are another problem. The “promised” timeframes are simply not realistic, and in our experience, items consistently arrived much later than advertised.

Despite repeated issues, we continued using them for convenience, but the latest experience was the final straw. We received an incomplete exhibition item, only for the business to deny responsibility and blame us for losing them.

While the products are fine when delivered correctly, the absence of reasonable after-sales support or accountability makes them a risky supplier.

We needed some teardrop banners with about 2 weeks to spare. I didn't have a design either. I ordered online and uploaded a copy of our logo and requested the design service. Faisal and the team came up with a number of options which I chose one. The banners were proofed, then printed the following day on the Friday. I have them in my hands on Monday. Time of order to time of delivery was just a week. I will definitely use Vivid again.

P Poor – Ordered a promotional cheque to use when giving away money to stand out in photos. The service to get the cheque was fine, however the product can only be used once, in our opinion the cheque should have been reusable as these type of cheques are. Or they should state one use only. Take your business elsewhere – Placed on order through their website and uploaded my 2 designs, but 1 of the designs was duplicated twice and their terrible website wouldn't let me delete the duplicate file. I emailed the company straight away to confirm I wanted 2 designs for my roller banner. Vivid Ads sent me the same roller banner twice and have now refused to print the 2nd banner. Absolute joke of a company. Please take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely useless – No attention to detail at all. I confirmed the hole size before the order. The staff saying everything all good. Received the product wrong size and colour. Emailed and they resent another one. Exactly same one, emailed again, no one even replied and sent another one. Now I have 3 wrong colored and size flag banner. Clearly the staff working in this company does not pay any attention to the work they are doing. Absolutely time wasting

indefinitely. We've had to scramble at the last minute to source other signage/products so that we don't turn up to an event empty-handed! The amount of extra work this creates for our team, following up on missing deliveries with no interest from Vivid Ads to replace or retrieve missing product is disappointing and unsustainable for our organisation. We've taken our business elsewhere, and are now much happier with the service we're receiving.

I can’t speak for their in-house graphics, or their colour matching (mine was mostly greyscale) but when supplying the artwork myself and just relying on their printing, I had no issues. I’m impressed with the finished product, it’s better resolution than I expected for the price. Setup and pack down is relatively easy too.

delivery times are out of our control - this company had full control of everything - especially from the choice of courier company from the start of my transaction which they have failed on.

I originally contacted Vividads to ask if purchasing a fitted table cloth would arrive on time within 1 week. The person "[Name Removed]" informed me it would absolutely arrive in time. Unfortunately this did not happen as there was an issue with the courier company.

Whilst this issue with the courier company was out of Vividads control - the manner of how they dealt with this was appalling.

Their website states "We use Star Track for all our shipping" however this is not true. I was informed my purchase of $174.90 was not "expensive enough", and that my order didn't deserve to warrant Star Track as people who spend more "deserve" it - so my "cheap" item was sent through the budget Aramex which is absolutely appalling service. There was no information provided or even "premium shipping" offered to me on purchase or during my phone calls and emails with them. I still don't know what "expensive" means and what amount "deserves" Star Track??! I would have happily paid the extra dollars to get my table cloth arrive in time - but it didn't. It arrived after my client's conference so the purchase of the table cloth was pointless.

Note - they even agree that there are several complaints regarding Aramex yet they still used them for courier service so clearly they are not taking on any feedback and do not care if your item arrives late!

Next the item itself... Whilst Vividads did manage to print my fitted table cloth with a quick turn around time - the item they sent me was with an incorrect colour. I provided them with correct CMYK colours of a "Light peach/sand" colour , and approved their proof as correct - however the shade of the cloth came out light pink and completely unusable for my client.

Now after a lot of back and forth - they finally agreed to a refund of my table cloth for the incorrect colour (and also because the same courier company didn't collect the table cloth as they should've either) - but only for the table cloth - so I had to pay $24.90 for the cost of the courier service for absolutely nothing.

So - my experience? I have no tablecloth my client can use, and I'm out of pocket $24.90 as they refuse to refund the full amount of the shipping also.

So - be aware of their atrocious refund policy, and pay the extra for Star Track to avoid Aramex at all costs. Or perhaps - compare promotional materials elsewhere so you can avoid this experience.

hand doesn’t have a clue what the right hand is doing. They lost my files multiple times. They couldn’t find my order multiple times. They didn’t even know that half of my order had been picked up by a courier already after telling me with certainty that it hadn’t been. I had to organise my own courier for the other half because they couldn’t get the order done in time, and then after asking me to organise a courier for 4pm they didn’t have the items ready until 6:30pm so the courier had to wait. One week later and I still don't have half of my items. They will tell you one thing and then something different an hour later, so that you constantly don’t know where things are at, and so you can’t make an informed decision to fix the problems they’ve created. And they show no care that they have completely let you down and not delivered what they said “I don’t know what you want me to do” was the response. I asked to speak to the manager/owner and was told “no”. Sent an email asking for a callback didn’t get one. Go elsewhere!

Upon further correspondence they said they will only send us a new one / refund if the reviews they left are removed.

This is illegal by the way. Clearly they only care about their own image (pun intended) and not for the paying customers'.

Exceptional customer service – I ordered a back drop for my business for when we go to expos. I couldn't go online and design it myself, which I would have preferred as there was no real design required, just the logo replicated all over. This did bump up the cost sadly. criticism. However their customer negates that mostly, as they respond very quickly and they don't take long to make the thing you need either. Which is great, as I was on a time budget. We had a lot of back and forth emails getting it all sorted. But they took it all in their stride, quickly and efficiently and if I needed to call them and speak directly to a human, that was possible, which is awesome. They win 5 stars due to their excellent customer service. And the Back drop looks great too!

It made sense very quickly as to why they took payment upfront once I received the design briefs. What we received looked like a school project that a 6 year old put together using MS Paint. Frankly, I would be incredibly embarrassed if this was my business.

The design briefs came back on the same day as the request, and it shows. We paid a total of $320.5 +GST in design costs for a total order of $969.50, a THIRD of my order's cost was for artwork.

I spoke to their 'project manager' on the phone, expressing dissatisfaction to which her response was totally unapologetic. I asked if I could get a refund on the artwork and just pay for the prints. I was flat out told that they don't provide a refund after you've paid. Very convenient when they take your money upfront before you see the designs.... and there's nothing you can do about it.

They asked me if they could try again and I agreed, as there was nothing more I could do at that stage once they rejected to refund my money. What I've attached below was their 2nd attempt to try and remedy our banners. I asked for simplicity, but didn't expect such a rudimentary result.

These people are grifters and not to be trusted to provide artwork. Their website looks flashy and professional, but this is not at all a testament to what they actually produce.

In the end I had to seek an external marketing firm to produce the artwork for me at an additional cost.

The ONLY positive out of this experience was that my items arrived quickly and undamaged.

I'm taking my business elsewhere from here on. I'm not sure how this business sleeps at night stealing money from small businesses. I should have read the reviews before I engaged, lesson learnt.

INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY VIVID Kindly do note, when we are designing artworks on digital screens, these are being done in RGB colour tones. Printing is always done in CMYK and the actual print is always slightly duller. This is why all printing companies recommend using contrasting colours that will look striking once printed. We do regret that you are not happy with the results, but this is not a defect in the product. We are using top of the line HP printing machines, with our printing inks directly sourced from HP. You may use our design service in your next order and our experienced graphic designers will advise you on the best colour combinations.

Have just checked the shipping and only part of the job has been shipped and I suspect that it the frame and not the printed item. Whatever way we need both items. Instead, they sent us proof of the completely wrong artwork, but we had already requested a refund, which is why they attempted to start the job. I then called to get a refund and was told that the refund request will be done when they have time. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and the reason I am warning others about this company.
