ALDI Vivid 42" (106cm)

Badly pixelated picture – My father has this tv and although I have a HD tv and can really notice the difference I find this worse than any tv that I have seen. The picture pixelates noticeably all the time. I don't find it a pleasurable experience watching it at all. Bad value for money. Pixellation what looks good on other tvs looks terrible on this

Good – Great size tv, extremly cheap but not nasty ,very happy with the purchase of this tv , it has great picture quality ... Excellent tv easy to setup.. great picture The speakers to me could be clearer but not that bad..still worth the buy..and it does not have a swivel base..

in a marginal area and often do not receive ABC or & Sydney with the old set top box , but this seems to be far more able to deal with the local signal. 10/10 for price .. cannot rate it higher for price verses quality. Price, cost $499 at an aldi opening near home. Not much for the price

Good – Good stuff good price! but need more on- line support! I lost my user guide and I ca not get it from the web! Incredible Ahh!! I like it pretty much! I have a screen problem..... to much stars to shoot! I do not any info about it in web, manual or anything!

Excellent – We got ours from Aldi as a cheaper 2nd TV but now find ourselves using it all the time. The picture is as clear as models twice the price. There are 2 HDMI connectors and 3 sets of AV. Digital and Analogue TV tuners work fine. The only downside could be the speakers, we don't have the volume all that loud but if you were after the home cinema… Read more

effect you would need a separate surround sound set-up. But for the money, it's great!! Great picture, easy to use menus and remote, lots of connection options, great price nothing to complain about

Terrible – very happy with tv considering it was only $900 from aldi but the speakers were not great quality. this is fine though as we had a surround speaker set up anyway. Beware our tv came with a fault in its asembly. it had lines running vertically up the left side of panel. Was under warranty but they said it had to be replaced...guess what, they don't… Read more

have any more to replace it with so we are forced to get a refund and miss out on our only opportunity to own a big plasma as I can't afford anything else and this was a splurge. cheap great value speakers poor quality, creen had fault
