Our situation might be a little different but we purchased this brand new approx. 2.5 years ago. It has sat undisturbed due to complete house renovations. We have just pulled it out to assemble and now kicking ourselves that we will be outside of warranty as parts inside the sealed boxes are damaged. Also, two adults (one handyman and one qualified carpenter or 15+ years) have done nothing but swear and curse at the absolutely appalling instructions both in the manual and in the videos. Nothing makes sense, nothing lines up, nothing is labeled....
Read more They are almost 4 hours in and have not even got the cubby part put together let alone the frame for the swings. At this point, if the set was not over $3k, we would call it a loss and dump it!! Have purchased the vuly trampoline and was very happy with everything about it so to say we are frustrated and appalled at the 3C2 pro max is an understatement. Not sure if this cubby will ever be put together at this point, and mad at ourselves that we waited so long to assemble as broken items should never have been an issue in a new sealed product! Will never recommend vuly again. You have lost a customer. For these prices, how can there not be perfect instructions! Or I’d settle for mediocre.Purchased for $3,100.

I purchased the Vuly Pro Swing Set in December 2021. This was dispatched and delivered by Toll and when unpacked it had serious dents in three of the metal uprights, a broken plastic component and deep scratches over most of the frame.
I filled in a warranty claim and supplied 17 photos which clearly showed the extent of the damage. When my emails went unanswered I rang and spoke to four different warranty team members. I was initially offered touch up paint and a few new replacement components. I explained that I would be painting approximat...
Read moreely 2/3 of the swing frame and I was unsatisfied with this approach. I explained that the substantial damage was not only a result of rough handing in transit but also of poor (non existent) packaging which allowed the surfaces of the frame components to rub together and be scratched. Finally an agreement was reached during one of these phone calls. I was told the entire swing frame would be replaced. Eight days later I received an email to say I would receive the upper frame only. I have emailed requesting clarification of why the warranty resolution agreed upon has been reneged on. These email requests for information have gone unanswered for over one week and I have had no contact from Vuly. I believed I was buying play equipment proudly Australian Made and sturdy: a superior product and well tested. In my case the 2x thicker and 40% wider swing frame has failed the transit test and the warranty team does not consider the concerns of their clients. In short Vuly's claim to a class-leading warranty is promotional hype.Purchased in for $1,219.

We spent almost $3000 on a swing set that was rusted and damaged in less than 6 months.
Firstly we have the Vuly Thunder XL trampolone and our kids love it. So it wasn't a difficult decision when covid hit to spend the money on the XL 6 piece plus cubby swing set to set up at home. It took 3 days to finish setting up due to really tight connections the sizing of it (its about 10 metres long!)
Fast forward 3 months and the black coating on the set started flaking off and revealing orange rust in the joints rendering some of the swing components unable to swing with ease. Kids fell out of love with it pretty quickly due to the fla...
Read moreking and rust and now we have a $3000 swing set in the backyard less than 12 months old that looks like its been there 20 years. Everything has faded, ropes that were once vibrant are faded, tent and pod swing all faded and stitching coming away at the seams. Honestly its a great looking set and we were really excited to set it up and use it but for the cost vs quality save yourself the headache and find something else. Vuly really need to look at their quality issues and weather resistant materials because this seems to be a common occurrence. Really disappointed with this purchase.Purchased in at Vuly Play for $2,818.

We have a Vuly Trampoline which the kids Love! Decided to spurge on the large swing set to expand our kids play area. Attempted to put it together Christmas eve like the trampoline the year prior but realised that wasn't going to happen without kids seeing. Christmas day, 2 adults (both handy on the tools) struggled to get the frame connected. The instructions are useless, online videos aren't much better with the parts no where near as easy to put together like they demonstrate. Minimal diagrams, bolts are not itemised (just says "install bo...
Read morelts", which one of the 3 types supplied), still no idea where the spring washers are meant to go. The frame parts needed "heavy persuasion" with a rubber mallet to get together. Pulling pieces apart was impossible if you over shot a hole. Some holes needed reaming with a file or drill to let the screws through. And after 5 hours on Christmas day we only just got the frame together after putting parts together, removing them to turn it up the other way or use on the other end. It was a tiring process. My kids are average size, 9yr and 7yr old and the frame bends and buckles significantly to the point I tell the kids not to swing much which defeats the purpose of a swing set. To spend thousands on this unit and seeing it in action is disappointing considering the trampoline is fantastic! Would not recommend unfortunately Vuly. Update #1 - unboxed the spin swing attachment only to realise you need to DISASSEMBLE the frame. After attempting to disassemble the frame the hip joiners are IMPOSSIBLE to remove. The swing set is now unusable and 2 very disappointed kids and 1 extremely frustrated fatherPurchased in for $2,500.

We purchased a large swing set 12 months ago and decided to add a seesaw swing this year. The product had terrible instructions to build and you just have to guess where the screws go. All the joints are extremely wobbly and just doesn’t make sense. Is this going to be safe for the kids or will their fingers get pinched in the metal as it moves?
We had a number of problems with the initial set up 12 months ago having to get replacement parts under warranty as the legs didn’t fit (manufacturing issue). We won’t be purchasing from Vuly again.

We purchased the large 360 pro swing set with cubby, basketball hoop and soccer wall. And we would not recommend this to anyone. First of goods were damaged in freight and parts were missing due to damaged boxes, was a nightmare to assemble as the instructions were horrible. It says it's designed for Australian climates but the cubby cover faded and torn within 3 months. The 360 pro swing has rusted and is really hard to use, yes we have had it for 2 yrs and hardly gets used now. We did have a helpful person from vuly help us when we had proble...

I don't find it very sturdy we have had 2 under 2 on baby swings and a 6yr old on the 360 swing and there was serious give in the bars. We bought this swing set with the cubby house and deluxe sandpit. We also upgraded to the large nest swing. The kids love it!. The nest swing is big enough for the 3 of them to sit together and sing. The frame is sturdy although the fabric of the shade and tent has faded with time. Overall I would highly recommend the Vuly Swing set

We spent a great deal of money for the 360 Pro Swing Set with Cubbyhouse for my kids. Within 2 months, the cubby material had faded to almost white, and then the straps that hold it to the frame disintegrated. Vuly replaced the part but it's an absolute nightmare to pull the whole set apart and replace the cubby. The next cubby we fitted lasted 3 months before also being an eyesore.

I've never felt compelled to post any product reviews before, but I'm so disappointed in the quality of the Vuly swing set. We purchased our swing set about 2.5 years ago for over $2k. In that time, the cubby has faded and torn twice, and the top shade cover has come unstitched in the corner twice.

We purchased brand new 360 swing and trampoline direct from Vuly.
The frame was scratched, it had broken end caps, some of the threads had dirt in them and were rusted. After six months and many calls to Vuly their solution was to send out a can of spray paint and new end caps. Not happy. The frame wobbles an awful lot with just a 6yo on it. The padding on the trampoline has also faded 9 months on. We are still trying to get them to send us one of the "bonus" wagons we were supposed to get with the deal.

Read morebby house to the support frame. Contacted Vuly again in February 2021 as the product is no longer safe for my children to use. Again Vuly refused to accept responsibility and blamed it on me not using a sunshade that was provided as a free accessory with the initial purchase. Explained that the sunshade does not in fact protect the sides of the cubby house or the Nest Swing. This is confirmed by others on the Product Review web site who have similar issues but are using the sunshade . Vuly offered to refund part of money associated with the Cubby House, which we refused as we paid a lot of money for what we thought was a quality product that included a cubby house. Vuly have now said they can only offer a partial refund to cover the loss of the cubby house but if we're still not happy to sell the entire product second hand.............. To summarise the material used for the cubby house and the nest swing is not suitable for outdoor use as it is not UV protected. Replacing the cubby house and nest swing will always end in the same result within a few months. The sunshade is completely ineffective at providing shade to the sides of the cubby house or the nest swing. It does not state anywhere on Vuly's website that the cubby house and nest swing material is not UV protected. It does not state anywhere that a sunshade is a requirement and it is sold as an additional accessory, in our case it was free with our purchase. Vuly have now left us with three options 1. Accept replacement parts which will result in the same outcome again within a few months. 2. accept a partial refund to remove the cubby house 3. sell the entire product second hand.Purchased in at Vuly Play Online store for $1,489.
