Terrible quality and service – The worst service. Don’t buy! I purchased the Vuly 360 Pro Max for my daughter’s birthday. It was damaged out of the box. I had to process a warranty claim via a form which was frustrating to do for something which is DOA. Their customer service can’t deal with this type issue directly which is strange as it just made the experience terrible and… Read more
very siloed. The Warranty team never responded to my message directly and only sent 1 of the 2 items requested under warranty. I raised this issue and received no follow up.
For the price they charge they have possibly the worst service. I would buy a cheaper alternative from a major retailer. In my case I have a half finished swing in the backyard and now two large pieces of steel I need to dispose of.
Vuly send me the additional part so my daughter can use the swing and come pick up your broken steel framing.
Awful instructions and assembly; the product itself is pretty good – So many errors with our Vuly experience. Firstly, we ordered the swing set late last year with a 'guarantee' it would be delivered before Christmas. Which it was, but it was missing a box of frame parts. The replacement box wasn't delivered until after Christmas, which meant our kids didn't have the swing set for Christmas, as planned. When we… Read more
finally got around to building it, two sets of instructions were incorrect and led to the frame and the 360-swing being assembled incorrectly. Upon calling customer service, it was explained "oh yeah, some of those printed instructions are out of date - the online ones are better." I mean, isn't it kind of crucial to ensure the instructions in the boxes are actually correct?
Then, it was discovered some of the bolts from the frame bolt kit were missing, so I requested a new bolt kit to be mailed out. However, I was told it was 'impossible' to send a bolt kit and I had to identify which bolts specifically were needed, which took more effort to unscrew existing bolts to take photos of.
Overall, the product seems very good but when you buy something at a premium price, you expect all aspects to be high-quality, not just the eventual product.

Love it! – Strong, sturdy, large swing set that my 4yo won’t outgrow. Easy snap on attachments for swing, monkey handles etc. I love that I can buy different swings that are interchangeable and most snap on and off with the clips. Initially Disappointed - UPDATING to very happy – UPDATE- we have had this swing well over a year now. Would also like to note that I managed to assemble the trampoline by myself at Christmas time, all components were present and good quality and I had no troubles with it. the trampoline is great and the shade cover we got for free is incredible, especially in the hot summer.
I purchased a Vuly 360 Pro Max Medium swing and an Ultra Medium trampoline. We have just finished setting up the swings and I am seriously concerned about setting the trampoline up at Christmas time. Packages were quickly shipped from Vuly. Then the problems began. They use Direct Freight Express, who marked my items as "for delivery" on 1/10/21. Items never showed. Then I realised they had only scanned 4 of my 13 items in at Sydney. Contact with DFE confirmed nothing was scanned when it was collected in Brisbane and they didn't know where my items were. They lodged an enquiry but I heard nothing until the items arrived at my door. The truck full of Vuly equipment arrived and I was disgusted to see packages thrown about and boxes with holes in them. The driver half slid mine out the back of the truck, then got in the truck and drove off so they all fell flat on the ground. $2000 of equipment went bang. The boxes were very worse for wear and on opening them there were parts where the black paint had scratched off and metal bars were compressed. Some packages were filled with a gritty dirt-like substance. My extension piece had one oval end, and one egg shaped end, meaning it doesn't fit into the top bar. The metal is so thick it must be a manufacturing error. This means we now have a 1 swing swingset instead of 2... super fun with 2 kids. The instructions are atrocious with poorly labelled screws. Paper instructions are different to the pdf which is also different to the video. Nothing seemed to line up easily or slide into other pieces with ease. It actually wouldn't have been too complex to build if the pieces fit and the instructions were clearly labelled. I'll be complaining about the courier and also obviously requesting a new extension piece. By the time that arrives though my friend who had a Vuly says the top bars will likely have fused together due to weather.. she says it's a nightmare to take apart. Overall it looks like a top quality item, but I just dont feel like any of the screws will hold tight and it feels a bit wobbly. I'm pretty disappointed considering how much I spent, and am absolutely dreading putting the trampoline together come December 24th.
Awesome product but expect difficulties – I got this 3 swing set on sale saving $600. through ok and was told it did and that they would resend the receipt and that it would be in stock in about 4 weeks. Having added the items in the cart and not fully checking out a day prior to making my actual purchase, I received a call from a salesperson asking if I had any questions and if I wanted to go ahead. I let them know that I had already purchased it and asked for them to confirm they had received my order as I was also receiving similar sales emails (but funnily enough no receipt). They put me on hold but eventually couldnt really confirm anything for me. After 5 weeks had passed I followed up on both the email receipt and order status. Was told that for some weird reason no stock had been assigned to my order and that the next one would be available in 2 weeks. I also had several failed attempts at requesting the receipt. After about 7 weeks I did receive both the product and receipt. The staff were always helpful and answered in a timely fashion. The items come in so many boxes, we are still trying to get rid of it in our recycling bin 2 months later. The assembly video makes it look far easier than in real life, holes do not line up as perfectly as they should with bolts/adjoining pieces. Im so glad I decided to assemble it straight away and not wait for Christmas Eve as the shade cover didnt even come close to fitting and the holes on the spin swing bar were way out from the holes in the frame (meaning the bolt didnt go through). I called after sales support and was told to watch the assembly video. When I said I had done that I was put on hold to speak to the service team but they were too busy. I offered to send in photos to prove I wasnt imagining the issue. I waited 3 days to be told I would need to submit a warranty claim and that they could not help me. I submitted it straight away and within 24 hours I had approval for a replacement shade cover, swing bar and one side frame. The items were received within less than a week which was impressive. However, the shade cover still doesnt fit properly (although the second one is an improvement on the first). We can still only get 3 out of the four corner pegs lined up with the corresponding holes to secure it. I dont think I have it in me to take more pictures and fill out online forms asking for a third one. Despite the difficulties, my kids 8, 6 and 2 absolutely love it and use it every day. Highly recommend the yoga swing - I could lay in it for hours, and adore rocking in it with my toddler. I dont regret purchasing it at all, just expect that with how much money their products cost the customer service and quality control needs improving.

Absolutely disgusting attitude from customer service. No product to show for it all – Ordered in August during a sale. Started setting up in October to ensure it would be erected well and truly as my kids early Christmas present. What a NIGHTMARE. shape and needed a lot of belting with a mallet. Then realised one of the H joiners was wonky and wouldn't line up. One rep tried to tell me it would be fine if I could attach the correct pole. How would it be fine if the pole that was then attached wasn't square to the other poles? I wasn't listened to and told to give it a shot, which I did since the rep wasn't listening anyway. As I expected, it didn't work, and added to my frustration. Given how hard some pieces were to get on, they were ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to take off again. Cue blisters, grazes, tears, swearing. Complained to customer service again and finally told they would send a new piece. New piece arrived couple weeks later. Still can't get the equipment installed. Things just DO NOT LINE UP. I cannot get the screws for the cubby frame in. The steel is chipped and scratched from us hitting it with a mallet and it looks awful. I actually watched the installation video prior to purchase and WOULD NOT have purchased it if I'd known how difficult it would be and how terrible it would look after using the force it has required to not even get it finished!! Asked for a refund and told they could do it MINUS their minimum $500 freight cost to return the equipment and $75 restocking fee, but they're sure I can put it together and told I need to use "a bit" of force. I asked for explanations and the last email I received was vague, dismissive and completely unacceptable considering the amount I paid for this. They attached an updated instruction manual, because....what, the previous instructions and video don't tell you how to install it properly? I already noticed there were some discrepancies between processes used in each. It's an absolute joke. I've had better customer service from businesses where I've spent A LOT less and a better experience installing much cheaper equipment. Not to mention that I purchased this equipment for young children and included the toddler swing in my order but the manual I received says in big letters that the minimum user age is 6 years old even though they have promo videos of toddlers using it?! I would never buy from this company again and definitely do not recommend them. Absolutely disgusted and angry.

Very poor instructions. Multiple warranty claims. Very dissatisfied customer – I purchased this in Oct 2020, with the plan to put up for Christmas. Being an Australian company I assumed (wrongly) that the instructions would be straight forward. The bolts are not labelled, and it's only after significant installation that you realise that things have been put in the incorrect positions. Installation itself is no easy feat as… Read more
these sets are big, but that part isn't Vulys fault. It does make the ridiculously flawed written and video instructions almost pointless and the subsequent re-doing large parts of the set difficult and all the more irritating (they vary from online to the hard copy in the box, only to be noticed on comparing). We decided to put this up Christmas eve, as did our neighbours (not Vuly) when they were tucked in bed after completing theirs we were still trying to install this beast. I love a good puzzle, but we were up half the night, and didn't finish, it ruined my Christmas (I normally have to work Christmas which made it more crushing) and our kids enjoyment of their Christmas present. This was just the start though really. Next day our extended family assisted us to complete it. It was very wobbly, making awful scretching noises, that would definitely mean wear and tear was occurring, we couldn't tighten things any more, and who knew if we had done things wrong, the instructions were so vague. I was worried about my young children using it, yet it's designed to handle much bigger, older children. After contacting vuly and a warranty claim, we got some extra parts to fix our see-saw that due to once again poor instructions and different pieces to those described in videos, had not been installed properly. I contacted vuly again in regards to further concerns around the movement and stability of the set, and they offered a half price installation, we paid and waited weeks, and they were having issues getting someone to do the install. Finally after a few contacts someone comes, to my dissatisfaction he had never dealt with a vuly set and would not be able to correct any issues with the install. The instructions were as useful to him as it was to us. He ended up going to a hardware store to get some appropriate washers to help stabilise the set. It did improve some things and I don't have any complaints about this installer, he was dealing with the issues as best he can, but due to the size of the set I paid money for an installer to have myself outside having to help tipping the set over to undo bolts etc. More dissatisfaction, here I am now, the spin swing doesn't spin is showing signs of rust and a bolt has broken, which now renders it unable to be used, this set is huge in my back yard to just have a ball and see-saw on it. I regret this purchase more than anything else I have ever bought. I cannot recommend this to anyone, I have guilt on convincing my husband to support me buying this, and regret for working extra shifts to buy this. I give it 2 stars for the fact that customer service has been ok, and my warranty stuff followed up, but nothing makes up for the fact its been out of action more than in use and now my kids aren't enjoying it like they should be. It is sturdy, and for now the kids can ride the see-saw pretty hard, that is until it rusts or falls apart, and from experience I don't think that will be to far away.
Edited to add another part has broken.. it's the final straw, I will be getting rid of this lemon.

qualified carpenter or 15+ years) have done nothing but swear and curse at the absolutely appalling instructions both in the manual and in the videos. Nothing makes sense, nothing lines up, nothing is labeled. They are almost 4 hours in and have not even got the cubby part put together let alone the frame for the swings. At this point, if the set was not over $3k, we would call it a loss and dump it!! Have purchased the vuly trampoline and was very happy with everything about it so to say we are frustrated and appalled at the 3C2 pro max is an understatement. Not sure if this cubby will ever be put together at this point, and mad at ourselves that we waited so long to assemble as broken items should never have been an issue in a new sealed product! Will never recommend vuly again. You have lost a customer. For these prices, how can there not be perfect instructions! Or I’d settle for mediocre.

Great quality, Cubby could be designed better – We bought a 360 Pro Cubby + 2 swing set (Spin Swing and Bounce Swing + Bungee). Quality: Overall, the quality of materials are excellent - definitely feels like solid, quality materials that'll last for quite a while. The framework is heavy, and locks together well - though in a couple instances, the fit was that tight that a rubber mallet simply… Read more · 1
didn't cut it - had to use a min-sledge with a block of wood. Definitely a little problematic if you want to pull it to pieces later (lost part of a star here - I dread having to take it apart in the future if I want to extend or move).
Instructions/Assembly: At some point they've completely changed the design of the cubby. The updated instructions manual was in the box, but the video and downloadable instructions online are still the steps for the old cubby. Putting the cubby and frame together (for your first time) isn't as intuitive as I'd like, so you have to rely on the paper instructions - which aren't fantastic. They're "okay", but not clear enough for first-timers (which I'd imagine most people will be). They don't clearly define what part is what, what you need up front for each step, or even the fact that there's 4 different types of bolts and which to use where. Attaching the base of the cubby to the framework is difficult, as there's no give in it (which I guess is a good thing, but makes it difficult). The "Mid-joiners" are slightly bent - the problem with this is that when it's all connected to the base of the cubby, they get rotated/pulled inwards. To be able to bolt them in to the upright legs, they have to be rotated 90 degrees - which with the amount of force on them is almost impossible. There might be an easier way to do it, and this is where an updated video on their website would be super handy. Unfortunately, you're stuck working it out for yourself. I also found that the rope ladder simply wasn't wide enough - there was no way to get the loops around the legs and also have the legs attached. Might just be a faulty/bad net for me - ended up tying some of the lower net loops to the legs manually. Other than the cubby, the rest of the kit goes together well - with the exception of a couple really tight frame pieces that needed more incentive to go together than a rubber mallet could give.
Oh - and if you buy the spin swing - make sure to open that up before you assemble everything, as there's a top rail you need to replace instead of using the standard rail. Don't make that mistake like I did, and have to dismantle part of the swing set immediately after assembling it! Would probably be good to make that a big note in the instructions somewhere.
Design: The design of the swing set portion is excellent. I love that it's modular, and that it's heavy duty. Definitely no worries about safety - I'd suggest that it's over-engineered, if anything. The shade design (on top) could be better - it really needs to have some elastics on the corners (around the poles) to hold the shape better. The spin swing is awesome - highly recommend! The Tent/cubby on the other hand is where the rest of a star has been dropped. It has some really annoying design choices. There's three windows with flaps, and a door flap. The window flaps all have built-in ways to roll up and be tied open. The door flap is permanently hanging down and has no way to be tied open - and it gets in the way of kids getting in and out of the cubby. Add to this, that behind the door flap is an overlapping mesh that kids need to somehow spread open and squeeze through when entering or exiting. Add to that, the rope net is almost vertical - so kids have to climb up an awkward rope net, get themselves under the door flap, then somehow squeeze themselves through this tight net opening to get into the cubby. Now try doing that in reverse. The door flap makes it so they can't see what they're doing properly, the tight net mesh makes it difficult to squeeze out, and then they have to try get enough purchase on a vertical rope net to try climb down. Absolutely terrible design decisions. I understand the mesh part to stop kids falling out - but compounding that with a flap you can't roll up/keep open, plus an almost vertical rope ladder? Accidents waiting to happen. It really needs an option of a hook ladder to get up/down (I'll be sourcing one elsewhere specifically to prevent accidents).
Overall, really happy with the 360 Pro swing set, but the Cubby design is quite painful and needs fixing.

like the fact that everything is modular. Our assembler (an independent third-party professional) also had very good things to say about the company.
Only gripe is that the basketball hoop/board is not very firm and turns a little bit when the ball hits it at certain angles. Still it's been loads of fun for my young kids (and their friends) and I'm hoping it stays that way for a few more years at least. Look forward to purchasing the trampoline once my kids are a bit older.

flawless. Each part sleeves and locks with a double bolt system to ensure it will out last even the Pyramids, as the 8th wonder of the world. The kids have had a blast on it so far and if we ever sell the house, it's going to be included in the sale price, as it's not coming down any time soon.
Now for the not so great - assembly. It is highly recommended that the online videos be watched as well as the paper form be used. There is critical orientation information that isn't clearly illustrated, yet can be seen in the videos. If not assembled with these quirks in mind will cost you a LOT of time and even bent bolts - ones that are as thick as your pinky finger, so no mean feat. Make sure you have at least two people on hand to assemble the cubby, as the base tension is almost impossible to handle solo.
We almost gave up and bought Vuly installation about three hours in and inventing more than a dozen new curse words. The main shaft assembly is also very hard to do right given the length and leverage weight, especially as the interlocking sleeves are tight (they need to be, but some are overly so), requiring hammering in. This alone took over half an hour to join the last piece and required a sledge hammer, which, even with padding, bent the end piece so we can't attach the basket ball assembly now.
The bed swing is also very tight with its fabric after the padding is overlayed. It tore in the process of pulling the frame into place, so we may have to seek a replacement part as the stitching could continue to tear.
These issues to an extent can't really be avoided, it's simply a very rigorously structured kit and requires a more expert touch to assemble without incident. Not for the feint of heart. In hindsight, what took my wife and I two and a half days to assemble completely (including a trampoline) would have taken half a day in an expert installers hands. Very much worth the couple of hundred dollars listed at the time.
Overall a great kit and if not for the bent bolts, frame in getting it into place and fabric tear, it would have been given five stars - even with the marathon assembly effort. If you want quality, nothing else comes close.
Damaged product and unhelpful warranty team – I purchased the Vuly Pro Swing Set in December 2021. emails went unanswered I rang and spoke to four different warranty team members. I was initially offered touch up paint and a few new replacement components. I explained that I would be painting approximately 2/3 of the swing frame and I was unsatisfied with this approach.
I explained that the substantial damage was not only a result of rough handing in transit but also of poor (non existent) packaging which allowed the surfaces of the frame components to rub together and be scratched.
Finally an agreement was reached during one of these phone calls. I was told the entire swing frame would be replaced. Eight days later I received an email to say I would receive the upper frame only. I have emailed requesting clarification of why the warranty resolution agreed upon has been reneged on. These email requests for information have gone unanswered for over one week and I have had no contact from Vuly.
I believed I was buying play equipment proudly Australian Made and sturdy: a superior product and well tested. In my case the 2x thicker and 40% wider swing frame has failed the transit test and the warranty team does not consider the concerns of their clients. In short Vuly's claim to a class-leading warranty is promotional hype.

My experience post setup after overcoming conflicting installation instructions is
- My child under 2 years of age at the time has never been on the infant swing without his feet touching the ground (despite the swing set being on level ground) - The total weight capacity is misleading, there's never been more than 65 kgs combined on the swing set and it creaks, moans and looks like rickety twigs when more than 2 users on it
I bought this to replace our trusty, reliable Hills swing set that we have but lucky I kept that because the Vuly swing set is likely to go first. The product just isn't fit for purpose.
For a company that doesn't actually make anything, they offer terrible service. Whatever the starting goal was, someone lost the passion a long time ago. Laugh is on me though I've paid $1K+, they've never called to ask whether the assembly went well or asked for feedback.

The instructions are useless, online videos aren't much better with the parts no where near as easy to put together like they demonstrate. Minimal diagrams, bolts are not itemised (just says "install bolts", which one of the 3 types supplied), still no idea where the spring washers are meant to go. The frame parts needed "heavy persuasion" with a rubber mallet to get together. Pulling pieces apart was impossible if you over shot a hole. Some holes needed reaming with a file or drill to let the screws through. And after 5 hours on Christmas day we only just got the frame together after putting parts together, removing them to turn it up the other way or use on the other end. It was a tiring process. My kids are average size, 9yr and 7yr old and the frame bends and buckles significantly to the point I tell the kids not to swing much which defeats the purpose of a swing set. To spend thousands on this unit and seeing it in action is disappointing considering the trampoline is fantastic! Would not recommend unfortunately Vuly. We did have a helpful person from vuly help us when we had problem in the beginning. There is rust showing all over the joins. We haven't bothered trying to get thing fixed again because it wasn't easy to get the first things fixed. Screws didn't fit properly and the shade cloth look fantastic in the photo when you buy it but in reality it pretty useless. I don't find it very sturdy we have had 2 under 2 on baby swings and a 6yr old on the 360 swing and there was serious give in the bars. (Hence why we don't use it much now) and They are separated with the cubby. We bolted the frame to concrete too. Not a a great product would not recommend.
