Garbage – I purchased one of these beach carts 1.5 years ago after wanting one so badly and I have used it once. It is so heavy and impossible to pull through the sand which is the main reason I purchased it. couldn’t go wrong. I cried on the one trip I took this out with my toddler because I was so frustrated trying to run after toddler with this wagon that was so hard to move. I want to sell it but how can I? I want to give it away but how can I? It just collects dust. The best thing about it, is the beautiful pineapple print! This product has so much potential, but the design needs a lot of improvement.

used it twice, and now it just sits in the cupboard - we don’t even feel like we’d want to give it away since it’s so hard to use. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Worst beach cart – Bought the beach cart in October 2023. Looks good and is compact however it is just not practical for use at all. It cannot be manoeuvred easily with weight in it. It is extremely difficult to push and turn and I would never take it out for it's intended use because it would make life harder. particularly if you’re 6”2 trying to drag this bluddy thing through sand. Looks great, easy to fold up, that’s all this thing has going for it. Form follows function Vuly, maybe take that into consideration when designing - and possibly give it to a family with toddlers to test drive. Can’t return it as it was a gift and have no receipt.

Terrible customer service. Refunds not possible – Received as a gift. As we already had a beach cart we attempted to return with the receipt. Was flatly told that we were not able to receive a refund!!! What kind of customer service is this? effort to find them in their data system. They also gave me the stupid answer to find parts myself or buy a new wagon if needed. I was really disappointed. We share with all the community we know and will never buy this brand again.

A design so poor it makes you question reality – As others have stated, the design of the canopy is so poorly conceived it makes you question how on earth this product made it to market in the first place. just don't bother. It's a 2 person job and requires assembly every time (its fiddly and requires the use of small screws and tools) and there is no way to store any of the poles or screws for the canopy within the unit during transport. So they just need to come along loosely for the ride and you hope you don't lose them.

The bolts for the wheels could be a better design as well as in order for it to function properly you need to leave them loose otherwise as soon you hit sand or grass the wheels will start dragging rather than rolling.

Even though these are arguably one of the better looking wagons on the market, ultimately they are a complete waste of time. If you live on a beach and will leave it assembled 100% of the time, then and only then is it worth considering.

I'm annoyed I didn't ask for my money back straight away like others did.

Edit: Credit where credit is due - after nearly a year, Vuly contacted me and agreed to a partial refund for the product. It may be a poor product but I do appreciate the after sales service.

Really low quality – Really hard to install canopy and really flimsy. Faulty too. Tried to return it but could not. This is large and bulky. I can't understand how they had 5 star reviews on Trustpilot, maybe just got a bad batch.

can’t pull and steer) pram is so much lighter. This trolley is so heavy when empty and really hard to lift in and out of car.

We left some screws in to allow for quick screwing of roof next time. Don’t do this as it scratched out tint off the brand new car!! There is no quick way. Whoever designed this clearly has no kids

Can’t build takes too long and requires two people. Also stressful if you have impatient toddlers in your car.

I wish I read these reviews before I purchased it - not user friendly – If it was a cart without a roof it would get a better review. I bought this one because it had a roof. Once the roof is on you cannot fold it up to put in your car. Considering boxing it back up and selling it. Sorry Vuly but I dont think the person who designed this spends much time taking kids to a beach.

Would not recommend – Initially the wagon was good. The quality does match the price paid and we were happy with it. The cover does need to be removed before packing away which is something to consider. BUT over time the wheels rapidly deteriorated. We only used it a handful of times over 12 months and it is now headed to landfill. to undo the 4 bolts and remove the polls. This is not user-friendly and is not explained in the description of the product. We wanted a product that we could easily put in the boot of the car and take to the beach and easily assemble however this is not the case, who would take to 4 bolts and an Allen Key to the beach? screw in four more poles that the canopy fits over then you need to screw the canopy in place. This is far to much fiddling about when you have a baby or young family in tow. My second beef is that you cannot return the unsuitable product. Only products that haven’t been opened can be returned but my problem was you couldn’t see the difficulty with it until it had been constructed. The advice from Vuly Play was perhaps I could sell it on the second hand market!!! This is one of the downfalls of buying online.

EDIT 18/01/2022 After the initial phone call to support regarding returning of rover which was not to my satisfaction and my subsequent review, I have since had a response from the Vuly Play team who reviewed my concerns around the design and have since made a refund for the product to my bank account. Thank you support team for assistance you have restored my faith in your company.
